The only fault I could find was the decor was not to my taste! However you can cope with that for a few days.

Good value accomodation I took my girlfriend away for the weekend. On arrivival , the hotel staff were really friendly. The room was great value concidering the price for the weekend. When i say the room i meant appartment, with a bedroom ,seperate living room with a build in kitchen. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone and would concider going back if in Aberdeen again.

Great staff and rooms close to aberdeen centreHaving an apartment close to aberdeen centre was invaluable. The staff were extremely helpful before and during my stay. The quality of the room (I was upgraded) was excellent and I'd recommend the apartments to anyone. Great weekend price too. It was great - keep up the good work Skene House!

Highly RecommendedThe location of Skene House, Rosemount was just perfect. It is conveniently situated, within walking distance of the city centre. Also, there is a bus stop nearby and the No3 takes you to Union St and both the railway station and bus station. Our apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped and very comfortable. We found it very relaxing and quiet, apart from the noise made by the seagulls! Provisions for a continental breakfast are replenished daily and the apartment was also serviced daily. The staff were very helpful at all times. This was the first time that we had booked this kind of accommodation and, because of our pleasant experience, I am sure it will not be our last.

Good value accomodation close to the city centreMy suite was in a traditional converted granite block of flats with its own front door with keycard and entryphone so it felt like I was in my own flat. The accomodation was very good and clean. Tasteful pictures on the wall altough the colours of the decoration were not very modern. The staff were all very helpful and there is the added bonus of secure offstreet parking.

Best Deal in AberdeenI was looking for for an overnight stay and needed to be close to Schoolhill. I had to choose between 4 hotels and I chose well. This is the only I have not tried before and it was a brilliant choice. The suite was brilliant although travelled alone I was able to use the suite for a socially with some friends. 5 stars all the way. A rare accolade for a British acomodation I can assure you!

A nice hotel but slightly old fashioned, nowhere for women to sit and do hair and makeup.

\"Heartbeat!If you want to go back in time.... experience what it was like to live in the 1960's or set of heartbeat then this is the place for you..... Do not be misguided by the gorgeous pictures on this website as they are clearly off the super duper executive suites or somewhere else.... The suite we got was dated... well very dated I did laugh uncontrollably for the first 5 minutes though as I was reminded of a great grannys house with the decor and furniture so not all bad... The living room's decor was horrendous and the kitchen with its green cupboards and dated toaster and kettle was like something straight of the set of heartbeat.... The bedroom again was dated with old paintings and smallest double bed I have ever seen... on wheels with dated wooden headboard.... Not forgetting the bathroom.....well if you like cold showers this is the place for you... Was not impressed with this \"suite\" in the slightest..... be warned!

Aberdeen breakThe accommodation was very spacious and good value for the money. It was nice to have a separate sitting room and bedroom. The kitchen was small but adequate and functional. The only thing which let the hotel down was the 'continental breakfast' which consisted of a sliced loaf, butter and marmalade together with a small selection of cereals. The refills were rather erratic and we had to ask for butter and marmalade and tea on three separate occasions which to be fair was always delivered 'eventually'.

Brilliant! We booked a few hours before we were due to arrive. My partner wanted to see Aberdeen FC play and we were in Edinburgh, so at the last minute we decided to drive up. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment, but when I checked into the room it was a massive 3 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. A delightful change from the tiny cramped rooms we had been staying in the rest of the UK.I only wish we could have stayed longer than one night.Great location, friendly staff, excellent convenience store downstairs and very roomy.
