The hotel's location is quite good - it is just opposite the New Yaohan shopping center, and within walking distance to the major attractions. It takes around 10 minutes for us to walk to the Cybernetic Fountain at night but the show there was very disappointing. It is another 10 minutes walk to reach the St Paul's - where the area is filled with lotsa shops and souvenir shops. As for Ama Temple, we had to take a bus, since it is quite far from the town area. As for the hotel room, the room size was comfortable for two persons. The toilets were very clean, while the interior decoration was classy. The only con of the hotel is that it only provides internet access in its restaurant, and not in the rooms, which doesn't make sense, because we expected to online while resting in our room, not while we are eating.

My family stayed in 2 Grand Deluxe rooms for four nights. The location is excellent - very close to places we wanted to go. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. But if you have little kids, don't let them roll or play on the floor carpet. My 2 year-old came down with itchy spots throughout our stay.

There was a plastic of chocolate bar under the bed. Paper of mini bar pricing list was marked by water. They need to check everything to the very detail.

The interior of the room was very nice. The view out of my room window was not so appealing. Staff was friendly. About 5-8 mins walking distance to the ruin of St Paul if you follow closely to their signage.

The location of the Hotel is very near to all the places of interest. We enjoy our stay at the hotel. I am very happy that they upgraded my room to a king size bed as we have our baby with us. The service is excellent and the staff are very polite and helpful. It is one of the best hotel that I have stayed.

The service level from the moment of checking in and then checking out was good. The location is ideal especially for a first timer to Macau. Accessibility to public transport is good and if you need to walk, you can reach Wynn, MGM Grand, Grand Lisboa and the famous tourist square ( to St Paul's Catheral ) without working out a sweat. A variety of good and affordable eating places are just around the corner. I mean really just around the corner. I would recommend this hotel.

A good mid-range hotel located very centrally - one block to the new Yaohan Department store, one block to Lisboa casino, two blocks to historic retail precinct. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room needed a spring clean, but bathroom and everyday cleaning was fine. Good quality (cabled) internet. An ideal option for those on a budget.

The condition of the hotel room is beyond my expectation. For a 3 star rating the hotel is very good. I would want to stay again if I go to Macau again. I would definitely recommend to fellow travelers.

A "bonus" hotel to stay in when it is in prime location and yet we don't have to pay 4-5 star hotel pricing to be in a wonderful neighbourhood. All the wonderful hotels and glamorous casinos are within a fews steps of this hotel and Senado Square is just further down the street. To me, it is a gift from heaven!!!!
