The resorts of Sousse and Port EL Kantaoui are only a short taxi ride away and there are local markets and other various attraction nearby. Some of the public areas of this property had a light refurbishment in 2009 and are now non smoking.

Based in "no mans land" between Sousse and Port El Kantaoui it is not in a good position with little to attract holidaymakers. The beach is some 350 yards from the hotel across a main road and litter strewn waste land but it is surprisingly good despite the swathes of rubbish beyond the water line. Some rooms are very good with balconies overlooking the pool but the remainder are very small and the self-catering facilities are spartan and extremely poorly equipped. The bars and games areas are usually thick with smoke and the food in the restaurant is bland but very plentiful so you can usually find something you like. The pool is excellent apart from the loud house music which starts around 10am and the water games which usually involve the ball bouncing on and around the sunbathers and their tables and drinks. All areas are open to non-guests so the feeling of security is not all it should be. A good value holiday for the less discerning holidaymaker.
