A very comfortable room with excellent decor and standard of cleanliness. The restaurant food was excellent as was the service in all areas of the hotel and brasserie. We will definitely be going back.

I stayed in this hotel on 01/11 - great welcome on check in, room and cot as booked which was a great relief as I was travelling alone. Staff really friendly and keen to assist me .Good choice of food at breakfast time, the hotel was decorated in very bright colours - crazy gold shower curtain in my room! Parking not easy as the restaurant is full on Sat nights but the hotel was relaxed about me abandoning my car on the grass.

the decor was like 1997 never happened. incredibly garish colours. the room was a good size although the shower didn't work, expected more for the money. the breakfast was good and the staff seemed ok. we wouldn't stay again.

The decor in the room was somewhat unusual, scarcely restful, and a little tired. Otherwise the hhotel was satisfactory. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful, and the cheerful restaurant staff at breakfast were a tonic. Reception, while efficient, was lacking in warmth. The hotel was brilliantly located for our purposes and is easy to find. parking facilities were good.

In close proximity to lots of restaraunts and bars. Lovely breakfast buffet, love the haggis !

The trip was a present for my hubby who has recently had major heart surgery. The hotel staff were excellent in accomodating us in a ground floor room with disability access and facilities.The food was first class as was the service. It meant the world to my husband and we will definetly be back whn he is well.Thankyou!

East to get to . Excellant parking facilities. Charming staff and ready to go out of their way to assist. Room and bathroom excellant. Restaurant food and staff fantastic. We had peace, quiet and a enjoyable rest. My wife did not want to leave.

Positives - Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to get to and car parking was ample. The hotel was clean.Negatives - The ironing board provided was half size and in a cupboard which made use difficult and frustrating. The bathroom required maintenance with a broken fan and 'hanging' toilet flush. The room booked was smaller than expected considering price.
