4 - Do you Understand that you will be required to pay a bond of $200 per person per apartment 1 month (28 days) prior to your arrival?
5 - Do you understand that full payment is required 1 month (28 days) prior to your arrival?
6 - Do you understand that every school leaver in this apartment is required to send a passport size photo with their name written on the back for their apartment pass? (Please provide resort with bank account details to refund bond within 14 days, unless damages have occurred).
