Public areas of the Hotel nice but experiance let down by the room, particularly the bathroom. Rubbish showers, bit tatty needs updating. Felt the place was sort of half finished in places, lots of new LED ligthing in room but needs better quality bathroom etc. Didn't enjoy the location, nice view of factory oppersite! Although it was easy to find. Poor service in the Hotel resturant, food was excellent but service in the evening and at breakfast to slow and disorganised. Kept being asked if I had a coupon. It was obviously a buy one get one free night as the resturant was very busy.

Irish Breakfast is excellant, it could make the main meal of the day. The quality more than makes up for waiting whilst it is cooked.

An all round good hotelA clean well furnished hotel, attentive staff, good food although a bit pricey.Leisure fascilities are not on site about a 5 min walk away in a nearby members club, fascities there though are good.

Hotel very convienent for travelling by car.We spent one night on our way from Wexford to Killarney. The staff were very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was very good lots of fresh fruit.

Silver SpringsRoom was nice, but the bathroom was like something from the 80's. The window also didnt close properly so i could hear all the traffic, but it was too late at night before i realised. Also the gym and spa were not attached to the hotel which i didnt realise when i made the booking.

Quite a hassle to get to when driving from Waterford direction. Hotel room seemed a bit grubby, not as special as the website seemed to make out. Great view of a wall, surprising considering the views the hotel would have had. Beige is clearly their favourite bathroom colour - inspiring. Really could do with a re-fit and modernisation. Not a great location if you want to walk to town - you must have a car realistically.

A large hotel by Irish standards this hotel has been recently renovated and looked well, however they stopped short with the renovation of the en-suites and the hotel room windows and it showed. Overall, it was a good stay, the bar food was good and the staff were very plesent and helpful. Recommended.

Good but not as good as in pastStill good value but hotel is starting to look tired in places and in need if refurbishment. Friendly helpful staff but food was very ordinary unlike previous times I have stayed when it was excellent.

Room and hotel was clean and well presented. However, road noise in room was intrusive and wireless internet was so weak that VPN could not log on and normal connection could not be maintained. Other guests complained of the same.

I didnt eat in the hotel but the customer service provided by both the reception staff and the bar staff were excellent. I would definately stay here again, and have already recommended it to friends.

As a family with two young children, we found the hotel great. The room had two double beds and one single, plenty of room. The lounge was spacious with plenty of room and the children could play comfortably with other children there also and we could relax. The pool is a little jaunt up the hill, best to drive if not used to walking up hill. Just a regular health center pool with lanes for serious swimmers and an area for kids/others to practice or play.

Good clean comfortable room which was well serviced.Bar was quiet but busy and bar food well prepared with excellent service.Resturant again had an excellent menu with food well prepared and excellent attentive service.

The hotel is very easy to get to and parking is straightforward. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food is fine and prices are not too bad. The room was superb, with 2 double beds and these are the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in, with good pillows. The room was too hot and could not be cooled and this could have been because we were above the laundry! Apart from that, no faults to be stated.

Great hotel. Very nicely decorated However from facing rooms can be a bit noisey due to traffic on road outside.Would stay again.
