We got the 1 bedroom unit. The unit looked nothing like the one advertised (we read the fine print when booked and understood it wasn't going to look the exact same, but thought somewhat close). There were black hairs all over the jetted tub (pubic?) and the toilet still had poop under the seat. The TV's were both very small and the one in the bedroom sat lower than the bed and one remote only worked on the volume but not the channels. The micro-fiber quilt had white crusty stuff on it. The shower in the main bath had a constant drip and the drain didn't work while the shower was on (slow drainage). The appliances were all very old except the fridge. When I approached the front desk about my issues the employee said "sorry to hear about that, let me get you a comment card and you can fill it out and mail it into us". We won't be going back and plan on canceling our reservations that have already been booked.

Great All Seasons shuttle access to/ from Hotel, Airport, Downtown, Shopping, and other local ski resorts(No car needed-7days). Great indoor/outdoor pool. Clean, daily maid service. "Good Times" Only downside was sleeping for 4 men in 2-queen bedrooms, pullout couch & a roll away (still not bad size 2 bedroom condo).

Arrived with my friends 01/06 thru 01/10 stayed in a 2BR Spa unit. Requested a high floor slopeside and was put on the bottom floor by the parking lot where the loud machines cleared the parking lot anywhere from 2:00 am to 6:00 am every day. Had to beg the staff for everything. Even TIOLET PAPER. The front desk help knew nothing about the hotel and always promised to deliver and actually never called back about anything.Housekeeping did nothing but give us clean towels and make the bed. There was no information in the room about the area and certainly not about any of the hotel serivces or proceedures. Well...they don't offer any services.I moved to a 1BR Spa unit 01/10-01/16. to meet my husband for our anniversary. I booked this vacation in July 2007 for January 2008 I have never been so disappointed. I was told by the management company All Seasons Resorts that I would be guaranteed a 1BR Spa unit Slopeside. I even checked on the room when I checked in on the 6th and was told we had a nice slopeside unit. What we actually got was a view of the parking lot. I called the management company and they put me into the manager's voicemail. i left 2 messages and never received a call back. I never even saw him there. We had the same problems with toilet paper, shampoo, no fire log in the fireplace etc. daily. I will never stay at this hotel again and I hope this review will stop you from making a BIG mistake and booking your vacation at this hotel.

Our family of four took our second sking vacation in past three years and each time stayed at the Silver King. Each time the front desk service was terrible. Seems new employees each ski season and do not know much about the area. Asked for a wake up call and after a 15 minute wait, they were not sure how to set that up. Over hearing many quests checking in, appeared that many reservations were missing or mixed up. Not happy quests. After our first day, we no longer had room service of new towels, fixing our bed, taking out the garbage or vaccuming. I can live without the vaccuming and fixing my own bed for a couple of days, but the thought of paying 650 a day and receiving that kind of service is not for us. And this happened on BOTH trips. The location of the hotel to the lifts is exceptional and no need for a bus is why we choose Silver King. It is right on the bus line which also was nice.Park City itself is a nice city and seemed very safe. Dining out was very expensive at every restaruant (18-25 / plate entrees).IIf we were to do it again, I would choose another resort area (Snowbird, Alta, etc) as I understand the area is more reasonable and less crowed.

Some units are fine, some have dated, shabby decor. Nobody had comfortable beds. Reserved a rollaway - none to be had (got it 2nd day). Promised a storage locker for our skis - none available. Promised units near our friends - not even on the same floor. Housekeeping is awful - ran out of tp, shampoo and towels daily. Location is good; solid 10 minute uphill walk to base lodge. Indoor/outdoor pool and hottub are wonderful, everyone loved it apres ski. Getting a decent room is a crapshoot, as they ""can't guarantee"" anything. Next time we'll stay at the Park City Marriott.

Great location, but make sure you go for a remodeled room because the old ones are really getting dated. Units #201 and 402 are both fabulous (slab granite countertops, flat screen tv's, King-size beds). Other rooms are being updated, too. Just walk across the parking lot to ski or take the free bus to shopping, restaurants, etc. Give it a shot!
