Utterly disappointed with their professionalism - travellers to Singapore should be forewarned of their management's poor service attitude! Faulty Entry Scanner: Spoiled scanner ruined (paid) birthday surprise, duty manager (Mr. Kelvin Ng) denied responsibility for it. When probed further on the hotel's actions should the scanner problem cannot be resolved, Mr. Ng responded that entire scanner system would have to be replaced, at the expense of our precious time and money paid for the Rooftop Suite. Unhappy with the arrangement, we demanded reasonable action to be taken - only to be told rudely (and without any apology nor explanation) by Mr. Ng to check out immediately and leave. After-Sales Service: Lodged formal complaint to hotel management about Mr. Ng's poor attitude, yet only received a templated and insincere apology. When personal apology from the responsible duty manager (Mr. Ng, who had 'chased' us out of the hotel) involved was requested, it was never received.

For the price that we paid for, we had an excellent time here. Pool was great fun. Something out of the ordinary hotel pool. Kids love the long shape, the cascading water and the water slides. Its location is also beautiful, just across the street to Siloso Beach. How convenient and time-saving for those wanting to spend time at the beach. Front office personnel was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. However, the TV in the superior rooms has to be considered. It is at the same level as the bed! How are you gonna watch the TV in bed? Hilarious! Other than that, good location choice.

The free brakfast was a great way to start the day of touring - and the fanastic pool was good anytime, especialy after a day of touring. The hotel location was excellent too. Walking distance to anything including the subway stop to the city and with a beach tram stop right at the door if you want to ride.

The only things commendable are: cleanliness of the rooms, quality of room service food and politeness of staff. Lots of room for improvement: Breakfast spread, eating places in the hotel, tidiness and cleanliness of pool and hotel environment (dried leaves & litter).

We had a wonderful time on Sentosa and the hotel was a perfect base. The room was basic, but satisfactory. It did smell slightly damp and we found there was nowhere to hang our wet swimming kit. The Hotel's pool was amazing and we spent alot of time in it; surprisingly it was often only us using it!

Not impressed with the nightclub that operates directly across the road on the beach. EXTREMELY NOISY and goes till 4am some nights. Was not aware of this when we booked. When we reported that my wife had slipped on the stairs after it had been raining and had hurt herself - massive bruising - staff showed no real interest and did not seem to care. Overall, only real good thing about this hotel was the pool!

The Siloso is not glamourous but relaxing. Rooms are a little cramped but not terrible and besides, I've lived in tinier spaces. It is convenient and has a great pub/club house in front of it. Will definitely return.

The resort is in a good location on Sentosa Island but apart from the pool there are no other facilities at the resort. The dining room is adequate but you very rarely see guests eating meals there other than the complimentary breakfast. The staff are very friendly and accomodating

3rd time at hotel and its always great small but nice rooms very well appointed staff excellent and at times the price is OK just depends on season one thing to watch out for is if you have a room overlooking the beach and stay over the weekend and dont like thumping bass music then this is not the hotel for you as the music on a Friday and Saturday night can be annoying apart from that its great with great service

Excellent family hotel, would stay again. Perfect location with beach across the road. The free tram service is just wonderful, stopping outside hotel every ten minutes to take you to any part of the island. Whilst having breakfast, be sure to place a small piece of fresh fruit on the little fence (banana, melon etc) sit back and wait for the squirrells to come and eat it. Great for the kids. NOT TO BE MISSED,- 'SONGS OF THE SEA' eachnight 7.30pm cost $8. A thrilling display of water, laser light and Fireworks. BEST VALUE ON THE ISLAND. AS for the 4D Movie...waist of money. $16Adults $9kids. Hard to View, 3D much better. The show only runs for 15mins. Overall, Sentosa is the place to stay in Singapore. Quiet, relaxed lifestyle, free travel around island, much to see and do. Recommend day trips into Singapore.

The price of this hotel means that it is good value for money, although the rooms have a slight mildew problem the location and price ensures that this is a good place to stay.

The hotel is located on Sentosa Island. There are no shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The only good thing about its location is that its near the beach and if you intend to make use of the islands facilities. You might want to go to VIVO CITY via the light rail, but then again, its a distance to walk from the hotel to the light rail station. If you intend to take the feeder bus service, take note of its timing and walking distance to the bustop. There are no cabs available from the lobby mainly due to the reason they would rather wait for the hotel to call them, thus incurring a service charge. This hotel is more suitable for families who want to spend time on the beach. Not condusive for business travellers. Roomwise, small and basic. Breakfast, simple. No frills. I'd rather stay on Singapore island.

It was our first time in Singapore, and we are so glad we stayed at Siloso Beach Resort. Although the room was a bit small, the service and the smiles of the staff made our visit there worthwhile.

While the facilities are clean and the pool marvelous, there were details, small and large, which were a bit unpolished. For instance, both the hand-held shower and cable TV connections had to be hand-tightened by me for them to work properly. Also, the breakfast was lacking in both selection and execution. I asked for egg-white omeletes three of the four mornings there, and they all came to me the same way: burnt on the bottom and raw on top. For the pricing, I would expect a bit more from the hotel, especially as it bills itself as a resort.
