Visited with friends and nearby small towns. The hotel stated that they had a restaurant/lounge which neither existed. This was one of the main reasons why we chose this particular place. It was a great disappointment once we arrived. The pool was small with the jacuzzi being even smaller possibly accommodating maybe 3 adults at the maximum. The place was not what we anticipated.

On the main route in town. Expensive. Much more expensive compared to other motels in town. Bathroom was filthy, tub and toilet did not drain properly. Borders a very scary alley. I did not feel safe, busted car glass on the ground in the parking lot, like cars had been broken into. I did not feel safe parking my car there, although we had no problems. Ice machine did not work and staff didn't care. Weird feeling in breakfast bar, like I was stealing something and being watched. TV worked very poorly, not modern, faded in and out, remote didn't work half the time. Free wireless Internet was unreliable. Bed was horrible! My husband and I both had backaches each morning. Driveway in and out of motel had a huge dip. From a very busy highway you could not pull in quickly or pull out quickly. You could see gouges in the pavement where many people bottomed out.

The hotel staff was friendly; room was large, comfortable and very clean; centrally located. The breakfast buffet was good, not great, but plenty good. If I travel to Sierra Vista, AZ again, I will stay at this hotel.

CLEAN and COMFORTABLE room- everything we needed was provided with a smile. We enjoyed the pool and court yard. Friendly, safe environment for children. Annie served breakfast buffet in mornings- that was a treat. Central location for visiting many area attractions- Ft. Huachuca 1/2 mile away, Tombstone, Saguaro National Park, Tucson, Mexico, museums, caverns, national monuments- too numerous to list. We enjoyed every restaurant we tried. Rodolpho's (spelling?) Mexican Restaurant serves better food at it's drive-thru than most full service Mexican Restaurants do. A must try. We had no complaints about this hotel- and that's never happened to us before!

Room size nice size. Bathroom was TINY -- could barely turn around. Room was very clean, but needed maintenance work. Front desk friendly but, often outside smoking. Be careful the hotel offers "printing of documents", it's not posted ANYWHERE, but there is a charge!

I booked through Online Travel Website for hotels that allowed animals. Apparently they do not allow animals, we went out and left our dog in the room. Nasty manager dressed in gym clothes barreled into our room at 7 am, and made us leave. Said our dog did damage... he wieghs 8 lbs, there was NO DAMAGE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Manager said woman at desk at night should of offered another hotel- but didn't. Then stinky manager called us low class!! horffic this place SUCKS!!

The Sierra Suites is very nice. My room was good-sized, and the king size bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was separate from the vanity area, which was nice. The closet was large and had full length mirrors as doors. I liked that there was a refridgerator and microwave in the room. The hotel's location is perfect for me, only a few blocks from Fort Huachuca. There are restaurants, convenience stores and drug stores close to the hotel.

Visited my husband at Fort Huachuca and stayed at this hotel Memorial Day weekend. Check-in was a little slow considering I was the only person at the desk but I did get the two rooms I reserved right next to each other. Room was very clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable but pillows were too firm. Very quiet. Pool was wonderful and jacuzzi very relaxing. The property was very quiet even though the hotel was booked solid. La Casita Mexican restaurant right next door was cool. Would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Rooms are around landscaped courtyards-less parking lot noise. After shower bare feet got a little dirty from carpet. Very nice staff! Breakfast limited to coffee, tea, juice, bagels, English muffins, granola, sweet rolls. When they had yogurt it was awful. Fruit in short supply and not good quality.

The employees at the front desk were very efficient and very friendly. I had a problem with cooling the room and reported it and it was fixed very fast. The room had a desk area, a table and two chairs and a recliner. Wow...just like home. Also a microwave and a small refrigerator. I plan on going back sometime in July and definitely will stay there again. The Continental breakfast was SUPER!!!!

Front counter clerk was very friendly. The clerk was giving out the pastries in the morning, watched us like a hawk. It was a great stay. I was very please with the service there. The clerk at the pastry bar watch us very closely so we didn't feel at ease but that was okay, we ate somewhere else instead. Otherwise the stay was great.
