Clean rooms, friendly staff and chocolate covered strawberries with the turn down service. Public areas feature a 1970's carpet soaked in cigarette odor. Nice rooms, friendly staff but spoiled by the casino being a smoking environment.

We booked this hotel to go to a local show. Unfornately for us it was the opening weekend for the brand new baseball team in town. We were given a tiny room with a bathroom that was smaller than a closet. And very unsafe. Since the hotel was booked solid, even though we had reservations 3weeks in advance, we decided not to try and move. We came to get away and relax too. Their spa is outstanding, the roof top pool is very nice. The casino clean and small. The resturants great. If our room had been nicer I would have given this hotel a very positive review but, it wasn't.

Friendly staff, small environment and tasteful decor. I would stay there again.

I travel to Reno about one week out of a month and have tried every hotel in the area. I stay almost exclusively at the Siena. I love this place, although I stay enough that I always get the Deluxe King. The standard King and Queen is a little small and is right above the restaraunts. Try to get a higher floor but any deluxe King or Queen. One of the best things about this hotel is the bed. It's a fetehr topped with a down comforter (awesome!). The staff here is great, and the restaraunts rock. The casino is small and the dealers tend to be pretty nice. The spa and the workout rooms are pretty good but the pool is not heated.

Nightly turn-down with pastry was great. Condition was excellent. Casino is small and intimate rather than overwhelming like the other hotels. Dining was fabulous - evening in the steak house was melt in your mouth; breakfast in cafe was hearty and omelettes are light and fluffy. Missed the wine cellar and bar but understand that it is worth getting to. King room looked very different on the website. Small room, too small bath. WORST - BAIT & SWITCH PRICING: I booked the room at 129, arrived and was given a Triple A rate of 90 per night; checked out and was given a rate of 179.00 - BIG DIFFERENCE and more than my expense account could handle. The conversation turned into a car sale where the front staff person had to go to the managers office to determine what kind of a deal they would give me if I agreed to drive it off the lot today. Got the rate back down to the 129 that I booked but I will NEVER consider staying at this property again.

Staff was great, room was very nice. Having young men open the doors while going in and out of the hotel was such a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were baby-bear just right.

I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Siena Hotel's staff. We stopped there while moving from CA to UT and it was wonderful. The front desk were not only friendly but happy to help. They made sure we were able to get connecting rooms (which we could not specify online), arranged our late check-in, and called up to make sure our rooms were satisfactory. The rooms were, in fact, very nice and far above what I might have expected for the price. They were clean, very comfortable, and well appointed. I would definately stay at the Siena again. Even the housekeeping and valet staff were great. Our kids would have liked the pool to stay open later than it did. It closed at 9pm I think so we didn't get to swim, but that was a small issue. All in all I felt the rooms were a great value. I only wish I'd had time to try out the spa!

This hotel is not like the other casino hotels in Reno. It's a few blocks away from the Virginia Street downtown on the Truckee River. Less smoky than the other large casino hotels. The rooms are quiet. The furnishings are on the new side. The bathroom in the larger rooms is spacious. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. Nice bath products.

Dinner at Lexies, thier finer dining, was great with really fresh ingredients. The cheaper cafeteria food didn't look appealing. Our room was soooooo nice! No cigarette stench in room. Great bedding; loved the bath and body works products. Staff was very diligent. Felt at home.

The bed was very comfortable! Nice sheets. For the price the hotel was fine. The poor girl checking us in didn't know a thing and it took forever. The room turned out to be very comfortable.

Clean, friendly and helpful help. The dinner restraurant was wonderful. Wasn't empressed with food at the cafe. Service was good. It was very nice and convenient to the activities we attended. Friendly and courteous personnel.

Staff was awesome! Really liked the atmosphere, classy, quiet andrefined. The room was teeny tiny, much smaller than customary for a hotel of that quality. Very nice hotel with a very friendly andhelpful staff.

Very nice beds. Front desk did not look like one of a 4-star hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent. I would come back again! Although the shower drain was clogged and the receptionist was not very friendly, I would come back again. For the price, I would say the hotel was nice and the location was perfect.

The restaraunt had wonderful ambiance and staff, however the food didn't live up to it.

Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel was not excessively packed for a holiday weekend. Room was next to large bank of A/C units outside window. Zero view. The price for this 4 star hotel was not worth it. My room was next to a large bank of air conditioner units that served the restaurant below. I had no view except of these air conditioners.
