Hotel Sicomoro is nice, the room smelled a little bad at the begining, but once opening the windows and turning on the air conditioner, the problem was solved. The restaurant is nice and the food is tasty and not too expensive. Anyway, there are several restaurant around. There is a shopping mall just next the hotel, and there are banks and stores around too. The staff and crew is very kind and helpful.

Some housekeeper walked into the room without knocking and the incompetent GM believes "im sorry" makes up for and invasion to privacy of this kind. The property is okay, but staff is extremely incompetent and privacy to them.

Person in reception was very help ful and friendly. Room was not really cleaned well. Mirrors were dirty, bathroom items were lacking. The hotel is well located. close to shopping center and stores, banks, restaurants. Hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful and cordial. It was clear that the construction and renovation going on could give a less that favorable impression, but that I did not mind. the grounds were well kept, well lit. What I really didn't appreciate at all was the room cleanliness. We, my family and i did not dine in the hotel facility for that reason--could not trust that kitchen and restaurant facilities would be any different. room rates are too high for the current class. But it has potential.
