As a first time visitor to Thailand & to Siam Bay View Hotel in Pattaya, that too having booked via the internet, I was bound to have my apprehensions. We reached much before the official check in time. Thereafter all my apprenhensions were dispelled. We were politely greeted by the lady at the reception and immediately alloted a room. We stayed only for 2 days but it was the best time spent ever. Each & every staff member came across as polite and ever ready to help, always smiling. Really touched us. We stayed in [other hotel] in Bangkok (Booked through [other website]) after that but the experience there was shocking. Rude staff, bad room amenities, bad service, et all. Kudos to the management of Sian Bay View for maintaining such high standards of service & to all personnel for their care. Love you all. Will recommend anyone who cares to ask and those who I know. Service provided by Asiahotels.com is also commended as opposed to [other website]. Thank you all again

Have stayed in this hotel before good location in centre of Pattaya staff very friendly & helpfull beautiful view from room over the water we were on the 6th floor. Great buffet breakfast would stay again

"The bad first: 1-Bathrooms were small but always clean. The tub was narrow and contained a deep curvature so standing was always difficult as I'm a typical sized American (6.0"") Hotel could be closer to all the big night time fun but then its not too far either. There's always a Baht bus around for 20 Baht. Rooms were moderate to small but very comfortable. Small balcony looking out to the beautiful Gulf of Thailand. Rtes were fair but less then Hard Rock Hotel. Opt for the suites as they are much bigger for only a little more."
