We have grown gradually over the years and we are constantly adding improvements. Consequently our SPOTLESS cottages and apartments are all different in size and style. Units range from double bed motel rooms up to fully equipped 2-bedroom apartments. In any season, you will find our PRICES MODERATE, and we have some great spring and fall packages. There is so much to do here at any time of year, and our location allows you to feel SO CLOSE to everything, yet removed from noise and congestion. We are not posh . . . we are a friendly, and family style resort that many guests come back to again and again for the quiet relaxed atmosphere, cleanliness, attentive service and Casual Country Comfort. What are your breakfast options?: We have coffee, teas, and muffins available each morning, no charge in off season; 50 cents each item in summer season. Starts at 7:30 am til gone.

There are 2 breakfast places, one 1.5 mi, the other 2 mi, from us. Food are $5 - $12 depending on choices. They open at 7:00 am, one closes at 2:00pm, the other has breakfast anytime til 9:00 pm (closing time).
What transport is available to get around?: During the summer, June 24 to Labor Day, there is a public trolley service between Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Wells, and Ogunquit, with connections to York and Sanford. During the off season, there is none. Local taxi service is available as well as bike trails. There are car rental offices at the Portland, ME airport.
What can I do nearby?: There are several places in town, 2 miles away, that have piano bar, one has music on weekends. There is whale watching, sightseeing cruises, fishing trips, trolley museum, historic homes, sandy beaches, as well as rocky walking shore, golf courses.
Do you have internet?: We have wifi throughout the property, it reaches most rooms. There is no charge.
Do you provide parking?: Each of our units has at least one parking space, 2 bedroom units have 2.
