You get what you paid for. Good location, nice and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast, coffee services from 3:00 p.m. to 12 midnight, computer with internet and free printing are superb amenities we really availed of. From Namba OCAT limousine bus, take the subway to Shinsaibashi Midosuji line, get off and find exit 5 Daimaru. At the ground level, go to the right side, walk 2 blocks under the covered shopping of Shinsaibashi Suji. Turn left, and on the left side, you can see the logo of Comfort Shinsaibashi. We all 6 love this hotel for its convenience, price, location, staff assistance,proximity to shopping areas. I will go back to this hotel next time I visit Osaka. Thank you for the good service.

Close to entertainment restaurants. Cable TV needs English speaking Movies. Great for proximity to Shops Station and Entertainment.

Friendly and Patient Staff! Not too many amenities, but clean. Great internet service and breakfast buffet. Worked great as a homebase for day trips. Osaka has alot to offer (shopping, food, theater) near the hotel and a great user-friendly subway system.
