roomy, well lighted, good continental breakfast

Easy to find, just off Hwy. Was afraid freeway noise would keep me awake but didn't notice it until I was fully awake. Room was very spacious and clean. Microwave was nice to have as well as the fridge. Kids had a good time in pool and exercise room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is perfectly located for so many things. Water park, mall and local shopping. Will deffinately stay again.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The sink in the room is annoying. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We found this deal for the Shilo Inn over the 4th of July weekend and did not expect much considering the price was half of everywhere else. Very pleasantly surprised to the great accommodations, very spacious room, friendly staff and clean to boot!!Easy access right off the highway. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff was friendly. The hallways have wallpaper peeling off the wall and need some rehab. The location was close to everything. Hotel gives a $5.00 coupon for breakfast at the restaurant next door and the food was very good too. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I don't like is that the sink is in the bedroom area so it's impossible to get up in the middle of the night to wash you hands without light waking your partner.

The only complaint I have is they advertise their pool being open 24 hours and it was closed the whole time we were there for repairs...but not once did I see anyone working on the pool and it was still full of water so I'm not sure what was going on.

Receive coupons for free breakfast at nearby restaurant. Pool is open 24 hours a day

I was able to check in early. Person at the front desk was friendly. Beds were a little soft for my liking, but had nice down comforters. Windows opened all the way. Plenty of towels. A+ on complimentary breakfast. Plenty of parking. Close to ice arena. Did not get a chance to use hot tub, pool, and weight room. Bathroom sink drain was a little slow. Would definitely stay there again.

As we were here for a wedding, location was perfect for us. The rooms are nice, but the original wing needs some attention. The air con in elevators & hallways broken & outside temp was 95 . Also-youth Baseball tournement was in town---& w hotel was filled with noisy , inconsiderate coaches & players. They slammed doors and ran up & down hallways till LATE at night. Hotel personnel tried to control them----but only could do so much. Would stay here again, but NOT if the sports teams were here. Breakfast was good, coffee shop next door (provided free with stay).

The room was very roomy. It had 2 TV's, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living area. There was a couch and a desk with 2 chairs. The vanity was separate from the shower, which is nice. When we returned from breakfast there was a barking dog next door, but a gentleman told us as we entered our room, if there was any problem to let them know and it would be taken care of immediately. We were checking out so there was no problem.

I loved the hotel as soon as I walked through the door. The furnishings were so nice!!! The clerk was very nice and joked around. Very friendly and helpful. The "free" breafast COULD be free if you don't order a drink and don't leave a tip for the super-nice waitress. The pool was nice but only 4 1/2 feet deep. The jacuzzi on the other hand left a lot to be desired. The water was not even warmer than bath water!! I was so dissapointed. The smell of fresh baked cookies was so nice!!! I wish I had the chance to taste one, they leave quickly!! Our room was nice and s p a c i o u s. I really loved the space in the room. My family of five had a great time in this hotel!!

The room was clean and spacious, and the location is great for shopping and entertainment. However, the rates are too high for what we got - a few dollars off of Silverwood tickets and bland breakfast.

The rooms smell, they are not cleaned properly, the carpet in the room was wet. I think that if you are going to stay here, you should be prepared for a lot of noise and a rude staff

Wow, don't believe the pictures. The pool does not have a slide and it's an older hotel, with a staff that is very rude. Would not stay their again. Plus their hot breakfast is down the street at JB's and it only last til 9:30!!!

Our agency recently held 2 separate conferences here. Staff members were courteous, polite and helpful. the general manager was invaluable in assisting me with the arrangements for both conferences - making sure the little details were taken care of. This is a great place to book for business meetings.

Right from the check in with the courteous staff, we were pleasantly surprised. We were a little apprehensive about the quality...but no need as the rooms were clean and extremely comfortable, friendly staff and a very satisfying breakfast.

Our recent stay at the Shiloh in Coeur d'Alene was great. The room was huge and had a very convenient kitchen area. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, and they were helpful when we had questions. They also sell Silverwood tickets (not just vouchers) at the hotel, which made our visit there more convenient. We liked their breakfast set-up as well, which consisted of a coupon to go to the restaurant across the parking lot. The coupon got you a free breakfast from their generous "Shiloh only" menu or $ off any other menu item. Their exercise room was top notch - lots of variety and good quality equipment.

there idea of continental breakfast was a coupon for $5.00 off at the resturant nextdoor. Our room was in the old smoking section and it still smelled of old smoke....YUK! The room was large but was very dated from the early 80's. I would not stay there again.

Friendly staff. They had a better discount on tickets for nearby theme park than any online or at the gate. Free bfast is from a very limited menu at restaurant next door or $ off regular menu items--very busy there! Suite was spacious with extra area for kitchenette. Carpet was worn and windows needed replacing-one panel was loose and we had to call maintenance who came quickly with a temporary fix of Duck Tape--said they planned to replace all windows in the off-season. A/C worked great. Otherwise, lovely place, clean, safe, close to everything. Would stay again.

The Shilo Inn in Coeur D'Alene is conveniently located right off I-90 with easy access to restaurants, shopping and a short drive from the waterfront. Plusses: Rooms were quiet- we never heard anyone in adjacent rooms or above us. Had a nice indoor pool for the kids to splash around in. Breakfast vouchers were given for the restaurant that is about 200 feet from the main entrance. Free wireless internet. Plenty of on site parking. Minuses: This hotel is a bit older- late 70s or early 80s? Carpet was a bit run down in the hallway outside our room and the rooms are a bit dated, but good sized. I guess it just seemed a bit expensive for its age.
