Clean room. Very comfortable king size bed. For an overnight stop we were pleased with our room. Room was small but adaquate for our needs. Great location for Food Choice Restaurant Options. Good location. This hotel is sitting right next to Hwy 5 but considering it's closeness the noise level from the freeway was not noticed and we had no problem sleeping there. Room is to small for longer stays. Good overnight stop.

The hotel was clean and the bed very comfortab le, you are about 1 1/2 hours from crater lake and next time I plan to stay longer and go see the lake. I would stay there again.!

This not a two star, more on the level of Motel 6. Hotel in great need of repair. Spas wouldn't turn on for 5 minutes after you pushed the button, toilet seat came off, stopper in the sink was broken, door didn't close properly, room was very small.

This hotel does NOT meet the standard for Shiloh Inns. Our room on the 2nd floor was so small that we had to turn sideways to walk through part of it. The service was OK, but they were out of kleenex (and there is a Food4Less right across the street)! The elevator takes 12 seconds to close (we counted) and the hot tub was the hottest I've ever been in (must have been at 110 degrees)! We only stayed 1 night, but we won't stay there again... too many other good choices.

the room was very dirty, dirty q tips on the floor, seems to be a teenage hangout. the spa was full of local teens, unpleasant staff, will never ever return

My wife and I were in town to visit family. Shilo Inn has always been our favorite hotel to stay in because of the cleanliness and friendly staff. Great Job !

All around, this hotel is a cut above its peers. The traveller just passing through will find ample, well-lighted parking for car, trailer or RV. My room was generous in size, clean, and quite, even though it faced I-5. I noticed many details often lacking in chain hotels in this class--including upgraded bathroom tile, designer pillows on the beds, and curtains made so as not to interfere with operation of the wall-mounted heating/AC unit. As home-base for a family taking in the local sites, the oversized refrigerator and microwave in the room, together with 2 grocery stores and kid-friendly dining choices within walking distance make it hard to bet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My only quibble is the small sized breakfast room (2 tables!). If comfortable breakfast seating is critical to your stay, just plan on eating at Elmer's across the street. All in all, this was the best night's value I've experience in years. I will definitely stay here again.

For being the cheapest room we could find, we were very impressed. It was clean, had a frig and microwave, nice bedding we couldnt have asked for more. Decent free breakfast in the morning. It was way more high end that I was thinking it was going to be given the price, and the staff were very nice. My brother had just had surgery and needed a bunch of extra pillows they happily supplied them, and we were both very comfortable and relaxed in the room.

We only stayed a night. There are plenty of places around to eat and rooms are good. Best thing is the location which is close to I-5 interstate.
