Had to get away from the pressures of my job and brought my family and security detail for a few relaxing days. Great hotel and meals, Not to concerned about the nickle and dime as I paid with City company credit card. Me and the Mrs. had a great massage. Would come back again.

We paid $250 for a comfortable King Size room with a fantastic view of the Falls. I agree with the nickel & diming - internet was $15 noon to noon, but we did get a 9am check-in. Bed was very comfortable and location very good.

we were on the upper level and enjoyed the view. a lot of the attractions were within walking distance. unfortunately even though the hotel was smoke-free the room next to ours and one of the levels above us had smokers which tended to drift into our room when we had our patio door open.

Good experience with great location. Availability of an area to enjoy the falls at night, even if you didn't have a falls view room, was great.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. I was not able to watch the movie I ordered again as we fell asleep initially. The hotel was great, it was beautiful and the staff was friendly. It was a little crowded as there were a couple of conferences.

Visited on Valentines weekend with my kids (aged 14 and 17) for a hockey tournament. Were immediately told at check in that hockey sticks were not allowed into the hotel and then had to sign a waiver that included such dumb things as "one noise complaint would result in eviction". At this point we were not in the position to go looking for other accomodations elsewhere as the whole team was booked into the hotel. The team had fund-raised and had booked a hospitality suite for the parents and boys to hang out in before and after games. We were told at the time of booking that there were no "Party rooms" available but we would be allowed to use a hospitality room for our team get together room. On the Friday night the security came to the door twice stating he had had noise complaints - there were 4 adults and 3 kids in the room having normal conversation. The following night the same thing happened all over again two more times at which time the security guard said that only 4 people were allowed in the room at one time. I visited the front desk to express my frustation at the fact that 6 adults could not have a normal conversation without being interrrupted and told to be quiet and that only 4 people were allowed in the room. I expressed my concern to the front desk person that the room had been rented as a hospitality room and that we were only having normal level conversations. I was told that there was no manager on staff that I could speak to and that it was not on file anywhere that we had booked it as a hospitality room. The front desk person just kept saying that we had signed a waiver about noise (only bookings for the hockey team had to do this) and that they should have kicked us out last night but they let us off. I kept telling the young man at the desk that the room was booked as a hospitality room and he kept denying that it was. He was rude and very arrogant, full of silly smirks and would not let me have a word at all. When I raised my voice and aske

we have been to many many sheraton's, but this is not worth the money. room was small and no window, so we were forced to upgrade for $20/per night. bathroom tub would not drain, no hair dryer. you can hear next room people and all the flushes.

This Hotel has a wonderful location. We were a short walk for almost everything. When they say the "fall view rooms" give you a great view of the falls they were right. Two nights a week, the area does a three minute fireworks display between the two Falls and "fall view rooms" above the 14th floor have prime views. You don't need to deal with crowds unless you want to mingle. The only real complaint I have with the Hotel is with the nickel and dime-ing that they do. A $20 Valet Parking fee with in and out privilges is reasonable and the $3.28 added Tax is expected...but be upfront with it. The room was very clean and more than comfortable. But, a large "Basket of Goodies" was promeniently displayed on the main table in front of the window. It contained an array of snackie foods, bottle of wine, wrapped snacks & candies and even children's toys....all available for a price...that wasn't displayed. A maid arrived about 4PM just to check on the basket and to be sure it was fully stocked; They were verifying what had been used by the last tenant. When I asked the Maid to remove the basket for the duration of our stay, she said that she couldn't unless the Hotel could charge us for the service and she'd have to check on what the charge would be. The Basket was the elephant in the room. While I can forgo temptation, it was just inconvenient taking up the entire table and finally wound up living on the rooms second bed. Children could be a special challenge. Temptations abound on the Streets. From $10 Ferris Wheel Rides to $10 Niagara Fury Tickets to $10 Admissions to Haunted Houses and so on. To just every souvenier stand that crowds the four-six block influence of the Falls...Spending Opportunities abound. Out on the street Parents can help control impulses. In the safety and comfort of your Hotel room, you shouldn't have to. Parents with small children don't stand a chance with temptations like "the basket of goodies" in the Room. Otherwise, Everyone else we encountere

Great location to the Falls - within short walking distance to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Would definitely stay here again, but would hope not to get the same front desk woman who checked us in this time.

The hotel is nice and clean, don't get me wrong, and the restaurant is sensational. But that is pretty much it. The rooms are very small, nothing special to distinguish it from a 2 star hotel. Beds are not comfortable, TV signal is poor (gave up on watching it as the signal was going away every 3 minutes or so), bathroom is plain and with cheap hair dryer. Too expensive for what it is... you should find better deals elsewhere

The hotel is very centrally located in the Niagara Falls tourist area. Seemed to be just about half way between the Canadian and American Falls. We walked to both ends of the Falls with a six year old--barely--it is a long hike. The hotel has indoor access to a great waterpark and Clifton Hill is seconds away. Clifton Hill had some good kids' activities but get coupons and still prepare to spend a lot of money. We parked our car and walked to all activities from the hotel. The hotel room was not very large. We had the king size bed with full view windows of the falls. View was great, window opens to hear the falls, room was clean. No complaints about the room or staff.

The hotel was great till we checked in and they said they wouldn't allow us to bring in our pets even though they are suppose to be pet friendly they are ONLY dog friendly they told us to find a kennel at 10pm and then said nothing they could do about it. They sort of cleaned the rooms never changed the sheets like they were suppose to and 1 day didn't refill the things like clean glasses, coffee, things like that. The self parking was a wash because the passes never worked so we would have to go back to the Lobby every night complain get a new pass and do it over later. However the location is AMAZING 1 block from the falls and you did get some good deals because you stayed there like at the Waterpark but everything has to be charged to the room. Oh and the Valet parking is NOT worth $20 a night you park literally a half a block away, walk through the Plaza and up an elevator and it's only $10 a day and you can lock your car. So save the $10 bucks. Overall nice but the little problems became stressful making me personally plan on staying at the Hilton or something next time.

For our one nite stay it offered a spectacular view of the falls and it had a very classy decor. The fact that someone had 2 dogs on our floor, we have a dog at home too, but not in a hotel such as this. We've stayed at this hotel before, and find it up to date in decor, gave us a luxurious feeling for our one night stay.

For the cost of the room its very low end compared to other hotels I have stayed in.

This hotel has a great location. We had a falls view room on the 19th floor and the view was amazing. You could sleep with your balcony window open and listen to the falls at night. There is also an awesome 4 story indoor water park connected to the hotel, we did not have our kids this time but if we come back we will definitely be staying there.

We upgraded to a room with a view. Really enjoyed the view of the falls. We were in walking distance of most of the attractions. I didn't like the breakfast buffet, so we didn't try the dinner buffet.

The Sheraton on the Falls has a great location. Walk a few steps and you are in Clifton Hill, the Secret Garden or the Maid of the Mist Ride. The view from the pool was spectacular. The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the room is too small and the bathroom not very spacious. I could barely fit my suitcase inside the closet. We received a room which was supposed to be a cityview room but turned out to be a view of a white wall on our window.

We decided to upgrade the room to a fallsview room and glad that we did . You can enjoy the view of the falls as well as the fireworks and illumination at nigth from your room. Although most of the hotels are located around the falls with a short walk ( 5-15 minutes), the Sheraton is the most convenient in its location with a spectacular view.
