it is not worth it the mony you pay you have to pay even 20$ a day for the gym you have to be in a very good shape ( athletic) in order to get to your room. badly designed resort if you dont have a car you are isolated in a desert bad managment ,let the workers start renovation at 7 am ,we couldnt sleep and the worst workers jump to the balkonies to do renovation while we were in our slleping clothes. they were violating gests privacy was the worst experience we evar had

Lovely. Particularly at dusk. Be sure to take the water taxis. If you have kids, see Rawhide (western town). Other comments: Given room rate, do you really want to charge $25/hr for tennis? Really?

I have stayed in many beautiful Resorts in the World. I truly enjoyed the beauty and location of the Sheraton Wildhorse. They have a lot of offer, but the noise was disturbing. We paid really good money to stay at the Resort and were very surprised to be sitting by the pool on the weekend and listening to the racetrack cars, which were about two miles away. Also, you could hear noise from your room. Voices from the rooms next door and above us. For the price of the rooms, it disturbed our sleep, especially on the weekends. The hotel was only 29pct booked, but they put everyone together in one wing. They should have spread people out into every other room to keep noise level down. Found the staff very friendly, and the pools wonderful. Enjoyed the scenery, boat ride, walking trails, and waterfalls. It is worth up grading your room to get a view of the river, especially on the ground floor.

The Wild Horse Pass was an excellent get away. You never have to leave the resort if you did not want to. We stayed with our teenage son and enjoyed the pool, walking trail, and equistrian center. The resort was quiet and clean, the staff excellent and the food was amazing. Within minutes we where able to be on the highway system and off to all the excitement Phoenix and the surrounding locations have to offer. We definately will be visiting the Wild Horse Pass again and would recommand to both families and couples.

I thought that maybe going through online travel agency would mean a room in the back of the hotel - the Wild Horse Pass Sheraton in Az - that was not the case. The resort is magnificient. the room, the pool area and the restaurants were excellent. We will definitely return!

This is one of the most beautiful resorts I've stayed at. Food was great, pools wonderful, spa was second to none loved it. Staff very friendly, and helpful. Front desk was lacking in all departments. Housekeeping was just OK. Bugs were a huge problem had to be careful when opening door to patio in room, when out on patio at night you were eaten alive by mosquito's. We went on the boat to the restaurant at night...what a nightmare SWARMED by bugs on boat and at the restaurant had to leave to get inside. I am going back, just gonna stay inside at night.

Wild Horse is arguably a very nice resort, but be aware that insects can be a major distraction and the resort response is wholly lacking. During our visit, it took three calls to correct a significant problem. At the same time, several other conditions were inadequate in the room and no apologies were proffered. Perhaps cost savings have taken over service at the resort, but this property is off of our favorites list.

I would recomment the Wild Horse to anyone. We enjoyed every minute, from the moment we arrived, sitting poolside sipping frozen drinks, horseback riding, dinning in their wonderful restaurants, sitting outside at night by the firepit, ending the day with a dip in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi and one very enjoyable day at the Aji Spa! Next time we'll get a king size bed, we were with our grown son and shared a room with two beds so that would be the only slight complained and it wasnt the comfort, it was the size! Can't wait to return!!

We vacationed here from Denver during our kid's Spring Break. Very family friendly, the pool is fantastic, the kid's club and activities were tremendous, but most outstanding was the service. I'd forgotten the kid's goggles, the gift shop was out, we didn't have a car...the concierge went and purchased goggles for us - amazing! Every staff person made us feel llike we were their one and only favorite guest. The food was great, a lot to do close by - a truly fantastic trip. The rooms are a bit small for a family of four - but more reason to get out and do some fun things. Will absolutely be back!

"Fantastic facilities set away from city noise located on a Reservation. Traveling with a family, the vast pools and slides, horses, Cowboy town provided the kids with many different choices. In the hotel you're surrounding by authentic Native American history, culture, traditions, and calming music. We're making reservations again."
