Roomat the Sheraton you hear the elevator run all night. Everything was excellent with the exception of the noise from the 3 elevators running all night. This review is written about my stay at the Westport Sherton not the Airport Marriott. The air port Marriott was excellent as well with out the noise.

"Locatuion is great (10 minutes to airport or Harrah's; next door are restaurants, bars, comedy club, live theater...). But...my first room had a broken window. My second room had a window I couldn't see out of. Room was very plain. "

It seems as if this hotel is located in its own little corner of the world with Westport Plaza right outside your door. Everything you need is all withing walking distance

Location to westport restaurants. Noise level in the middle of night and they removed the hot tub. I've stayed in this hotel at least 5 times in the past 2 years and always was pleased. This time I was disappointed they removed the hot tub in the pool area, we were looking forward to using it. Also, I was very upset that a bachelorette party, was next door to our room. At 2:00 am they were screaming, running up and down the hallways and banging on people's door. I mentioned this to the clerk upon checking out, she briefly apologized and said there were a lot of different groups booked there that night. But isn't there some sort of security cameras or that can minimize that kind of rowdiness. It was not a good night's sleep in a otherwise very nice hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no refrigerator in the room (extra charge), and there was no free breakfast, which is very important when traveling with a family. This hotel is more for the business traveler or a couple without children. The pool was very small and there really wasn't anything close by for the kids to do. Lots for adults to do, but not kids. There was no free breakfast, which is also something that needs to be available when traveling with children.

It was a safe and clean environment and well located. There seemed to be some lapse in communication between the management and the housekeeping causing a couple minor issues. Excellent location and very nice staff. The fact it was connected to the mini mall was an awesome bonus with the comedy club and coffee shop.

Agood get-away. Hot-tub was crowded with children. I felt the hotel was perfect for a short-term stay. It was clean, relaxing and comfortable. I found the surrounding plaza restaurants an added plus. The in-house sauna was an extra bonus.

It was connected to the plaza which was convenient. There was a communication gap between management and staff that caused a couple mix-ups. The hotel was very nice and well kept the facilities were clean and decent. I thought the staff was friendly and attentive.

Quick check in. Is dated. Easy to see from interstate, hard to find access roads. Hotel is showing its age in the rooms. Rather have hotel with free breakfast and internet. Wireless was present but wouldn't connect.

Good location. Limited channels on T.V. Very good location. Was in the middle of Westport in St Louis. Plenty of restaurants and clubs.
