This hotel includes more extras than you would ever thought. For example, inside the room there is: Free laundry with detergents (washing machine and dryer), all the home apliances that you usually have (microwave, stove, conventional oven, plattes, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, can opener, toaster, wine opener, knives, spoons, forks, and much more, TRUST ME, EVERYTHING) The kitchen has granite counter top. Everything is top of the line. Friendly staff. Big area of pool and activities, basketball and tennis court, GYM, Waterfalls(pool area) and small lakes inside the property. Bus shuttle to parks. You should know that this hotel is a TIMESHARE hotel. That means that there will be IDIOTS trying to sell you timeshares (beware) but you can take avantage of them, they will offer you free tickets to the parks if you listen to them. GREAT HOTEL. I recommend it 100 percent. The only negative thing that I can remenber its these idiots trying to sell timeshares.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was very nice. The Flagler Bar and Grill restaurant had okay food, but forgot essentials like salad dressing and marinara sauce. At checkout, they tried to add something called a room revenue charge that was over $100 per night. The hotel staff did address my complaint about this, and the issue was resolved.

Travelling with my family to Orlando area parks, this hotel proved functionally workable. Great location to parks, free parking, kitchen has all that is needed for a week stay, washer & dryer is particularly useful given the outdoor activities and FL weather. But.... compared to similar vacation club resorts in the area, the property is lacking. Rooms tend to be smaller, common areas and resort activities are below par, parking is tight cuz there are so many rooms crammed onto the property, and facilities like on-site store and restaurant are lacking (there are only one of each). Room prices here are better than most so provides a great option for budget-minded travelers. But if you have a little more to spend, the other I-Drive area vacation clubs offer relatively more comfortable stays in my experience.

We stayed 6 nights in a 1bedroom in the Key West section. We had a view of the pool with a balcony. The room was very nicely decorated and clean. The property was pretty and well kept. We used both the main pool and Key West pool. They were both great. The arcade areas also nice. The little market was convenient for last minute items. We went to the near by Publix for majority of our food. The resort was close to Seaworld and Aquatica. We also went to Universal, it is best to take Turkey Lake Road to Universal(there is less traffic). We would defininately stay again.

Great place to stay. Just be careful when you check in, they send you to the timeshare desk for a free gift. The gift is a bunch of coupons for local restaraunts. If you sign up for the time share tour, be sure to take it or they have the option to charge you full fare for a continental breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location! Easy access to all the major attractions. Would recommend it to any family. Poor communication within hotel staff. Couldn't seem to get their act together. Seemed way under-staffed. Absolutely beautiful. Would return in a second. The location was great for all the major attractions. The rooms were appointed perfectly. The pools just lovely. Seemed understaffed- but not a big problem- never in the hotel much.

This is my favorite Orlando resort. The prices are okay but the villas are worth the price if staying for more than four days. The staff makes you feel like you are at home and the rooms are more clean than most homes I've been in. The location is perfect (not right on top of the busy international drive but close enough to everything) but with such a beautiful hotel who wants to leave? The main pool is huge and always has activities for the whole family. The bar and grill have pricey food but it's good and the drinks are mixed to perfection. The ability to charge it to your room is cool, and anything you could possibly need for your room is available at the on property market. My favorite part is that you can have groceries prestocked in your room before you get there. This was a great way to have a family breakfast right from your room or a late night snack. My kids loved midnight swimming (thats what we called it) after a long day at the park we took a dip in the pool at 11pm. The main pool is open till 1am. What other hotel has that? A huge plus for a family of five was the washer and dryer in the villas. No need to over pack and pay ridiculous fees to check your luggage. Bring four days of clothes and wash them right in your room. We vacation 4 times a year and this place is tops on my list! Negative- watch out for the resort "timeshare" ownership people, they are hounds.....

My familly and I stayed last weekend and we were very happy with the room. We thought that the hotel also provided a free shuttle to Unverisal Studios but after checking in found out that they dont. The front desk informed us that they provided a shuttle that cost * per person round trip and the shuttle picked you up at 10:30 am and picked you back up at 6:30pm. And also told us they could call us a taxi but that cost * round trip. They failed to inform us that there was actually a trolly located directly infront of the hotel that cost *00 per audlt and was free for children. The trolley was one quicker than the hotel shuttle and secondly the trolley ran until 10:30pm. The other problem that we had was the timeshare issue. We were there for a family vacation not to waste hours of our time listening to someone sell us something we werent interested in. Even after we told them we werent interested they constetly called our room harrassing us. One of the days we had 10 messages on the phone in reference to scheduling us for the free information breakfeast. And then they started calling at 7:00 in the morning waking us up to ask if we were going to make it for breakfeast we told them the day before that we werent coming and that we didnt have the time to waste. And even after the 7:00am call we were called again at 8:00 am asking if we were going to make it. I was very annoyed with the harrassment. It was a really nice place so I feel they should allow it to sell it self not make paying customers uncomfortable by harrassing them.

Great bathrooms, beds, kitchens, and noise insulation. Outstanding experience with kids from 8-16. It was quiet, spacious, modern and very clean. The kitchen was terrific and well-stocked. Housekeeping was great also. The beds were wonderful.

When I first arrived at this resort, my mouth immediately dropped. The villas were gorgoeus! It made you feel as if you were away at an island. The pics do this place no justice. Being extremely sick with a virus infection I could have stayed in my room allllll trip long, because that's how comfortable the rooms were. We had a beautiful view of the the pool with the screened in balcony with a sitting area and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was huge, with beautiful decor and a huge whirlpool jet tub. A nice kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook and even a washer and dryer for extended stayers. Huge plush king size bed..... I couldn't ask for anything more, especially for the price. I would definitely come back again!!! Staff were pleasant as well. I have raved to everyone about this resort. Close to Disney about 10 mins away.

The rooms were really nice. The place was clean and the staff was very helpful and efficient. They did try to get you to sign up for a timeshare which I did go on and I really think that it is a good deal, just couldnt afford it as this time and they did give the gift that they promised to give. I would definetly stay again.

Beautiful setting, great for longer stays. Staff didn't seem to go out of the way, not all were honest or else were missing informed. Great hotel, would stay here again and again, or would stay at another location.

We stayed here for a week, and were given a room upgrade upon check in. Place was great, good location for all amusement parks. Rooms where clean, kitchen had everything you could want. The only down side was the Sales pitch for timeshare meeting. Very pressurised with 3 different people coming over to get you to buy during the whole session. But just keep saying no and they will eventually get the message.

Incredible facility with alot to do for all ages - Very conveinent to theme parks without being in the middle of all the traffic congestion further north. We'd definately stay there again!

This was the second time we vacationed at Vistana Villages and it has everything we love in a resort. We spent most of our time at the quiet pool, lounging in the cabana and soaking up the sun. The hotel staff is so friendly - from the front gate to the front desk to the wait staff - anything we asked for was responded to immediately and with a smile. Unusal these days! Our room was quiet and clean.

I was very pleased with the hotel. It wasn't super luxurious or anything...you could tell it had been well used. But it was clean and neat and comfortable. The pool is wonderful, and it gradually turns into a kiddie pool area with only a few inches of water. Even babies could crawl around in the pool. Very fun. There's also a "quiet pool" if you want to get away from the hoopla a bit..which was also nice. The timeshare pitch was easily avoided because I had read the reviews and saw it coming. They did call us each morning at about 9:15 to "make sure we had everything we needed," but that was OK by us. It's only a couple of minutes from SeaWorld, and a VERY easy drive. It's a few more minutes to Disney, but also a very easy drive. You can buy tickets to both Disney and SeaWorld inthe hotel lobby, which was very convenient and only took a couple of minutes. They also offer a free family portrait (5x7) and a chance to buy a photo package and/or a CD...which was pretty reasonably priced. The kitchen was roomy and equipped OK. My husband is on a special diet, so we had to actually cook in the kitchen. For this the kitchen was a little short on pans, measuring cups, and so on. However, all the kitchenette places we've stayed have been...so this was just as good as most. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware. The patio/balcony is screened in, and it's a great place with a table and chairs and a ceiling fan. The grounds of the hotel are also quite pretty, and there are hammocks and two-person swings dotted around the property in spots pretty enough that people actually use them. Bed linens average.

After hearing great things about the Vistana Villages my family and I decided to book our vaction there. We have a 10 month old and requested a crib and highchair when we booked our trip. When we checked into the resort they didn't have either of them available until the next day. We were glad we took along our Pack N Play just in case. When we arrived at our room we didn't have toilet paper nor a hair blower in one of the bathrooms. We called guests services and were told they would send somebody right away to bring the items. 2 hours later no hair blower or toilet paper. We placed another call and within minutes a hair blower was delivered, but NO toilet paper. After ANOTHER call to guest services we finally received the toilet paper, however the employee was rather rude when he made the delivery. We want to also point out that the rooms were beautiful, but we found a few pieces of hair in the jacuzzi as well as the sink and toilet rim. Housekeeping could do a better job at cleaning the rooms. Although the experience with guest services wasn't that good, we did enjoy the stay. I would stay at this resort again.
