A nice location a reasonable short drive away from King Street in Old Town Alexandria. The shuttle to and from King Street and the airport (to catch the Metro) was very convenient. They gave you a card with the phone number and times (for shuttle to Metro), and they were very responsive. No need to drive to DC or King St, the shuttle and Metro were really handy. Unless you want the security, there's no need to pay $23/night for parking. Free parking on the street with no time limits is a block away (try in front of the Holiday Inn), but there are time limits around the hotel itself. I had no problems parking a block away and leaving the car for entire stay. A Starbucks is 2+ blocks away, and a grocery store is the next block over (and a Trader Joe's is 2 blocks the other way). Definitely a good place to stay for DC and Alexandria (and Mt. Vernon is about 10 minutes away).

Located on the edge of a beautiful neighborhood in Old Town. Rooms were small for 2 adults/3 kids. The rooms are clean and well appointed. We had 2 adults and 3 young boys. There was definitely not enough room for that many people as the layout of the room was not that efficient. The staff was friendly but had very poor recommendations for eating locations. When we asked about an Asian restaurant for dinner, they pointed us in the direction of what turned out to be a food court. We kept walking on King Street and ended up at the Asian Bistro which was excellent. The lobby has great internet access for finding out about local activities.

The room floor plan good for a small family...division of space. We did see a roach in the room and my husband killed it. The staff were VERY apologetic and promised to clean thoroughly our room and/or relocate us. The room was not cleaned thoroughly that day but was the next. We were not relocated...sold out.The front desk, restaurant, and shuttle staff were professional yet friendly and efficient. Particularly front desk clerk [...] and shuttle personnel [...]...but, all should receive applause for their customer service attention! Keep up what y'all are doing because we will return and recommend your establishment to others.

The room was spacious. Employees, lack of towels and coffee in room. The hotel was fine. One of the TVs in the room was not working so I called the front desk, maintenance was there to fix it within 5 minutes which was great. The room was large which was also nice. The hotel staff was the least friendly hotel staff I have encountered. They only provide one cup of in room coffee even if there are two people in the room, you actually have to buy coffee for the second person. They only provide two towels per room so if one is too wet or you want to wrap one around your hair you are out of luck.

I will stay here again! The waitstaff in the restaurant served me at 2 pm--they weren't due to open until 4 but they accommodated me anyway. The rooms are spectacular by business standards. And free Att Wifi for iphone users! Doesn't get much better than that.

Good location, van service to King St & can call for pickup too. Unfair billing of $10/day internet even though you did not use . Very happy with the room & location. Not happy with the incorrect charges of using the Internet (we did not use). The hotel clerk shows the bill as a O balance & then when you go over the bill two separate charges of $10 for Internet use on different dates are shown & they will bill your credit card automatically. Be very careful going over your bill before you leave. We brought the incorrect charges to the attention of the clerk & they were removed. I did see this billing practice on previous comments & was ready for it. Watch out also there is no free breakfast buffet it is $13 a person the food is old, rolls hard and the buffet help only speak Spanish.

Front desk could have been a little welcoming but every thing else was fine.

I really like the cleanness of the hotel and how nice the staff was to me. I did not like that you have to pay for parking. The over all stay was very nice and I would very much pick this hotel again.

In town for a wedding and some golf. Loved the french doors that isolated the bedroom and its wonderfully comfortable king size bed. I will stay at the Sheraton Suites on my future trips to DC area.

Other than the cost for on-site parking of $22 per day, we found the hotel to be a great value and would love to stay there again. The shuttle driver is very helpful in taking you to the area of Old Town for shopping and dining which allows you to leave the car parked. Overall, we found the stay to be very enjoyable and the staff was consistently helpful and courteous. Nice job !

It was located close to stores and restaurants. The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was very cramped and the service was awful. We would not stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and nice. Loved the Starbucks coffee packets for the morning. The bed was super comfortable and a good night's sleep. I did not use the pool. There were many children enjoying the pool. There was a local family restaurant right across the street which seemed very popular. It is a short drive or long walk to King Street. Loved Alexandria/ Will come again.

The rooms are set up with a nice separation between bed and work/leisure area. Could not access fitness center, front desk not very helpful. This is my favorite place to stay in Alexandria. It is the best value for the money.

We stayed with our Aireddale terrier and the hotel is very accomodating to pets; there is a dog day carre center within a short walking distance. Also, very close to Old Town. I will stay there again!

Room service was fast. To many teenagers in groups. Food could have been better and there were a lot of teens but all in all the stay was pleasant.

We often come to Washington D.C. to visit our grandchildren. Eventhough the hotel is not close by their home, we found the location of the hotel which is a couple of blocks from the GW parkway and the ease of self-parking overnight a great plus. Of-course we always get a good night sleep in a verycomfortable bed. We enjoyed walking by the water front a few blocks away. There are many restaurants close by and we found the service at the hotel dining room where we had breakfst very friendly and attentive.

Excellent quality surroundings and professional staff in great location near airport. This is a high quality hotel in the heart of Crystal City near the Reagan Nat Airport. The staff is above reproach and welcomed me in like extended family. They also provided excellent advise on where to eat and how to best enjoy the capitol city.

The location is great - but the hotel itself seemed a bit tired. The food and service were sub par and we left disappointed. Overall, I would recommend.

Loved the set up of having a suite. Hotel was very comfortable and clean and a great bargain through Priceline! It was a little far from the main area of town which we would have liked to be in. This was a fantastic, comfortable, clean hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and did not treat us like bargain shoppers even though we got a great deal through Priceline! The layout of the suite was perfect for traveling with children because one area was set up for our child and my husband and I could comfortably watchTV in our own bedroom.
