A little pricey but beautiful suite type rooms but so worth it! Very quiet in the rooms and easy to find. Right on the main street of the Plaza in Kansas City! Lots of nightlife, shopping, and fun to just walk in the evening with loads of locals and tourists. Great shops within blocks.

Great location. Hotel is conveniently located next to Country Club Plaza in Kansas City. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby and easy access to major interstates and highways to get to various tourist destinations.

The Sheraton Suites on the Plaza is in a fantastic location, but the hotel is getting a little run down. It could use some updating, but it was totally sufficient for our girls' weekend away. Our hotel was fine, but the bed creaked (obviously old) and the bathtub looked filthy. By Saturday, we realized why the bathtub looked so filthy . . . the hotel was busy re-surfacing the dirty-looking tubs. Unfortunately, our hotel room smelled like nail polish remover and it was quite strong. The hotel staff courteously told us what was going on, but there was nothing they could do about it. I know repairs and updating are a must with hotels, but their method of ventilation obviously didn't work. We just got ready as fast as we could and got out of there to shop and have fun! I will say this: the hotel staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. The valets were really fun and extremely welcoming. That made it so fun to pull up on a girls' weekend and start off on the right foot! I would stay here again, but hope the Sheraton does some much-needed updates to their rooms.

Front desk clerk had very poor customer service skills. I had to wait 5 minutes to check in, the clerk at the desk was waiting on someone to radio her and was too busy to acknowledge that I was standing there waiting on her. Several times she looked at me and then looked away.

What a disappointment! This place has serious issues! We were really looking forward to staying at the Sheraton at the beautiful Country Club Plaza. I think BECAUSE they are on the plaza they don't think they need to provide customer service. The check in person was rude to start. The air conditioning in the room didn't work and when we called the technician, they took out a filter with at least 1 inch of black dirt on it. It was gross. Oh, they didn't bother to replace the filter. The TV's are old and only have 8 channels. I don't know about you but 1 channel of ESPN doesn't keep a husband happy. Everytime I used the ladies room in the lobby (on different days) they didn't even have any towels in any of the 3 dispensers. On the plus side the housekeeper who brought the hangers was great and the doorman who helped with directions was excellent. Some of the other people in our party never got their rooms made up. They told them they were making up rooms for new guests (what about the ones staying there). I think the Sheraton needs to take a serious look at management - the staff is totally unmotivated! I had to get an extra room at the Marriott down the street and they shined! Wish we had stayed there!

The Sheraton Country Club Plaza was a bit of a disappointment - we were expecting much more. The rooms are showing age and need to be updated with current colors and furniture. The location is fine for the Plaza.

The location and the room were great. Pay for parking. Very nice hotel and great location, staff was very friendly. The room was great with two flat screens in room. Only thing did not like was that we had to pay for parking in the garage.

My bill was charged 3 times different amounts, and upon check out the just added total to one of the charges and left the other ones sitting there called X, he said it was not them it was my bank but it was them instead of releaseing all three they just added all to one charge and the other two were left on hold, the called back to explain to him what happend and what he needed to do to get our money back he said i have fire and hung up, I called back the front desk clerk said there was a false alarm and that the Gm was taking care I asked if it was X she said no and so I called corporate and they are now handeling my refund since X and the staff at the hotel has too much to do to helf there guests.

This hotel was extreamly comfortable! The bed was the most comfortable one I have slept in other than my own! The room was comfortable and clean, I would stay there again.

I liked the separation of sitting room and bedroom. The colors & patterns were pleasant. Stale air smell lingered in my purse and pillow for days after. Did not like paying for parking.

This is not a hotel for those without patience. The hotel staff is slow in responding to requests, even simple ones. The restaurant menu is very boring and expensive. I went for a martini and after it was ordered and prepared, they advised me that they had no olives... The front desk clerk seemed perplexed when I requested a phone directory that was not in my room... The shower had such low pressure and heat that my husband and I each felt less than fully rinsed after a shower... need I say more?

Sheraton Suites is in an ideal location right on Country Club Plaza and close to Westport and the Museums;however, the best part was the great staff...easy check-in, simplest check-out and very, very helpful! (One gentlemen bent over backwards to help my friend and me get directions to Stanford and Sons.) The room was immaculate and the bed the most comfortable out of home experience I've experienced (lots of pillows). This is a 5!

Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza had a bedroom with a very comfy king sized bed separated by French doors into a den-like room with a very thin mattress fold out sofa you might want to add extra comforter for padding. The French doors are covered with a thin see-through material (not recommended for privacy). The bath/vanity was very small nothing glamorous. The tub had dark marks in it. The price of the breakfast was expensive. Save your money for the Country Club Plaza. MMMMMMMM- Cheesecake. The Cheesecake Factory doesn't serve any battered entrees i.e. waffles, pancakes...etc. except on Sunday's

The suite was cramped and the bathroom door wouldn't slide shut. The internet cable never worked. Only decaf coffee stocked in room. While we went out for breakfast and prior to our checking out, the maid emptied the 3/4 full bottle of water?an in-room acquisition?that I'd just spent $5 on. Restaurant was slow and very limited.
