The rooms were good size but not cleaned well. The bathroom fixtures were old and rusty.

Good Bed, clean room, modern LCD TVs. Costs for internet in the room, slow internet in lobby. Upscale business hotel, with comfortable rooms. Lobby areas and restaurant/bar just okay, and little used by the guests. Two pools, inside and outside, also little used.

The front desk was quick and effecient. We were up in our room speedy fast. Room service came within five minutes after calling. The rooms were clean and the master bed was comfortable. The pull out sofa was a little thin in the mattress and small. Not really intended on children over 5 foot tall. The breakfast was good and the waiters were friendly. There is no reason that they should have to write down the percentage of gratuity on the bill. This is a tip. If they wanted 18%, it should be already included on the bill. Overall, the Suites were an excellent choice to stay. Thank you

I was very disappointed in the desk service. I had reserved two (2) rooms and had asked that they be adjoining or at least adjacent. When we checked in we were told that neither was available. After entering our rooms, we found that one of the bathrooms HAD NOT been cleaned. We contacted the desk and we were moved from that room to the room next door. If that room was then available, why were we told that we couldn't get adjoining or adjacent rooms when we checked in?

Stayed in the Sheraton Suites for one night while taking a quick family trip to Columbus, OH. Actually picked this Sheraton Suites based on its nearness to a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and our travel destination, and it accepted pets. Hotel was very nice. Not exactly cheap, but for a suite with two TVs in a nice location, it wasn't excessive.

Neat and clean suite. Excellent fine dining options within walking distance. Have gone there every August the last 6 years. Never disappointed yet!

Comfort , convenience and amenities were excellent. Free in room wireless would be a plus. Staff was helpful, present and more than willing to help. Staff cannot be matched.

Last minute same day reservation for weekend trip to Columbus, OH. I travel extensively and this was one of the nicest suite hotels I have stayed in. Rooms were well furnished, room service was good food and served quickly. Easy to find right off expressway (but quiet) located close to many nice restaurants and a cinema. Great location to base a stay in Columbus area.

Nice and comfortable rooms. Can not think of anything. The hotel has very nice rooms and is a perfect business hotel.

My wife and I stayed here two nights while attending her son's wedding. The hotel was beautiful and the facilities were nice. It was very well decorated and the room, since it was a suite, was very impressive. However, the second night, a Saturday, we arrived back to the hotel around 1AM and after having to park on the fringe of the parking lot, I felt we'd be safe. The next morning upon arriving at my truck, I found that it had been broken into and numerous items were missing, some of which were valuable items. I then found that the hotel has no monitoring of the parking lot either by person or video. This was disappointing since it is a very upscale hotel. Only the front door in monitored by video camera. Needless to say, we have never recovered any of the items lost. The desk clerk was very attentive in taking my report for the hotel and putting me in touch with an automated phone line to file a police report but beyond that, acted like he could care less. A very disappointing end to what should have been a nice weekend. Based on the lack of overall security, I couldn't recommend this hotel even though it's in what should have been an upscale and safe neighborhood.

The suite was very nice. There were a few problems with the shower and a closet door but we were very satisfied. The only thing we weren't happy with was the dining. The brunch was very expensive and we felt it was lacking. We ate there out of convienece though and not for the cuisine. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again. we liked being able to close off one room from another. It was nice to have the microwave and fridge also.

Good bedding, location, flat screen TVs and hot tub. Overall, we liked it very well and would stay again. We would recommend it to others. It was clean and conveniently located near a nice movie theater and many nice restaurants. We like the indoor and outdoor pools and the hot tub.

Hotel is easy to find and near quite a few restaurants and other activities. Desk was efficient and helpful. Only problem was parking as hotel had an event going on.

This hotel is nice. But does a couple of draw backs the pool I no you have to keep clean but, too much clorine kind of burns your eyes smelling it, the fitness center things run down but i saw your getting NEW fitness things and tvs FLAT SCREENS how cool! But you should install blowers in the pool and fitness room to carry that smell out or an air purifier kind of hard working out smelling that clorine smell people do have ashma and allergies way more but other then that it is a great place to stay very quiet and in a great location you can catch a movie at marcus across the street or eat at a few of the restraunts or go shopping not far from polaris almost 1mi and close to highway easy to find i give it an A+. One more thing i have a thing about cleaness like hair and stains past my test. I did'nt have to use my extra sheets!!!!!
