Concierge service, internet computers in lobby. No wireless internet access, charge for internet use . Handicap accessible room heater was not working. Parking in the city hotel was treacherous with spiral access to garage in and out. Would have liked to know parking at hotel was going to be $22 a day.

The Sheraton was a block away from the Gas lamp District which made it close wo walk to. Very close to Horton Plaza and the harbor district. The room was very elegant. It was quiet and had a view of the city. Everyone there was very hospitable. I would stay there again.

We had an amazing View. Every view must be good since it sits on a hill. Parking lot is 20 a night. You might want to consider parking on the street. Lots of street parking. Parking lot is also on the 7th floor. Very tight to get up and out. The rooms were small suites. Living room, bed room and a bathroom. Pretty clean. Free Internet but kind of slow. Hotel is located almost waking distance to E and F street. You'll find a huge mall out there. I recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at the hotel twice and I am planning on going again next month. Since my room has already been booked, I can't cancel and stay at another hotel in the area. The first time I went I encountered the following problems: - within 90 minutes of our arrival, two people knocked on our door to check electricals and to change out some of the fliers in the room. Then, we get a phone call from management asking if we would kindly answer some questions for a survey. - they only provide two bathtowels per suite. - the windows were greasy and you can see fingerprints and forehead markings. - the couch had lots of hair on it.... human hair. I sat down on the couch and when I got up, I had long blonde hair on my clothes. YUCK! - although the hotel is smoke-free, our floor smelled like an 'illegal drug' my entire weekend there. My second stay: - shower leaked so the entire bathroom floor was wet. - windows were still greasy with prints all over them. I wanted to admire the view at night, but all I can see were the finger and forehead prints all over the windows. On Saturday morning I called "Guest Services" to complain about the windows but they were never cleaned. Needless to say, I ended up cleaning them myself. - the couch was still dirty and had hair all over it. I would hate to stay a third time, but since I booked my rooms in advance for business, I can't cancel now.

Nice room Bath extremely small. No Wi-Fi in rooms. No refrigerator. Best kept secret - rear exit through Sympathy Hall saves climbing a mountain to return to hotel.

First the Parking garage is the worst one I have ever had the misfortune to park in.Only a mini Cooper wouldn't have trouble parking in the few spaces available for hotel guests!(which by the way is on the 11th floor). And you have to drive up a very narrow passageway to get there. When my kids and I finaly got to our room, we had trouble opening the front door. and one of the closet door handles was falling off. The indoor pool is small, cold, and there was a rumbling sound comming from under it. I'll never stay there again!

Located reasonably close to attractions. The parking structure was very tight, and built poorly. The hotel was nice. The room was set up a little weird and made it feel really small. The pool was nice. The parking structure was small and to say the least really odd.

This is the first hotel I have been to where the Lobby entrance is not ground level. It is on the 11th floor. If you are in a car, you have to drive up this winding ramp for 11 floors that must have been designed by a deranged architect. When we made it to the Lobby, the Staff were very friendly and helpful, however we then learned of a hidden $22 per day parking cost. This was partially offset by comps of beverage tickets and breakfast tickets, however, the beverage was of a limited nature, while the breakfast's were of room temperature, but sizeable proportions. We wanted to use the jacuzzi, however, it was of child size. I will say that the room was more than adequate, however, the shower and lavatory did not drain well. All in all, we would rate this hotel a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. If a friend asked me my opinion of the hotel, I would say, you might like it but we would not return.

This is a great hotel in Downtown San Diego. Parking is not that great, I can not imagine trying to park a large car, SUV or truck any where in their multilevel parking structure, perhaps Valet. Parking is * per day!!! The hotel looks very classy and clean rooms are very big. I only noticed some maintenance issues: the bathroom door was unlevel and did not close and the TV reception was not great.

It was Memorial Day Weekend, and my girlfriend and I planned to go to San Diego Zoo and SeaWorld because she loves animals. I've been really stressed at work, and my GF just finished her last final for a summer course, so it was a great time for a weekend vacation for the both of us. It was also an anniversary, as my gf and I got together around this time too. The parking structure was a bit cramped, but it seems that all parking in the GasLamp district is difficult to come by. After we got back from the Zoo and parked our car, we checked in and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got a great room and view, and some complimentary drinks at the bar since it was our anniversary. My GF was raving about the cute layout of the room and the fabulous view pf San Diego. The beds were comfortable, showers were great, and they have a nice plasma TV for entertainment in case you get bored. They also have a tasty room service menu, in case you get hungry for some late night snacks. There was nothing more I could have asked for from the Sheraton San Diego, and I will surely be back for another stay next time I am planning to visit!

I selected this hotel for a group trip and I didn't regret my decision. It is in walking distance to awesome shopping and dining at the Gaslamp Quarter. Someone mentioned a hill before. That can be circumvented by going through the entrance of the office building at the bottom of the hill. I'm definitely coming back to this hotel. By the way, the showers are fantastic. They use Speakman heads.

This was a very nice hotel - friendly, helpful staff; lovely rooms, quiet and comfortable; a good place for relaxation after a busy day of sight-seeing in San Diego. Its location is not that close to "attractions," so be prepared to either walk a few blocks, take a cab, or drive, but I would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel self-parking is on the 12th floor and all the spaces are compact, so if you have a big SUV, good luck! To get to the 12th floor you need to drive thru a swirling wormhole 10 stories up! If you get there past 11pm good luck finding parking! I could only imagine what it would be like being handicapped in that parking hell. When we got to our room the toilet was already plugged up and the front desk suggested we wait for the plumber to fix it around midnight.

Had a good size room, comfy bed, sofa bed was nothing you want to sleep on. The fridge in the room wasn't working. Missing little amenities had to call guest services for a hair dryer, wine opener, tissue, however once you called they came up within 5 minutes. The staff was great about answering questions, giving directions and recommending places to eat and hang out.

It was a very nice place. Parking charged $22 and internet was $10. The hotel was very nice and I would like to stay in a place like it again. The staff was friendly, however with parking costing $22 and getting on the internet costing $10
