FacilitiesThis is the only hotel during our trip to USA that does not provide free internet. On our 1st day there was 1 duck in the swinning pool and an entire family on our last day. It's not acceptable.

The staff was great, the room was big and the pool was great. They have free use of computers in the lobby and didn't mind the kids hanging out on the internet.

I would return to this hotel. The room included a living room with a large TV and the beds were comfortable. My husband and I were pleased. The restaurant was fine but not outstanding.

The room was nice and clean. However, one of the toiletries they provide was already used. We were part of a large group using a conference room. The service was lousy. They never checked on the room. We had to ask repeatedly for more coffee etc. Food service was slow and very bland.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was OUTSTANDING - helpful/friendly consistently across the boards. The location of this hotel is ideal for easy travel to and from the airport as well as within a short distance to many restaurants. It was quiet, clean and definitely a place I would stay again. Didn't see a lot of children at the hotel, which for my travel purposes, was just fine.

This hotel was great. Very nice and clean. The suites are great, with microwave and refrigerator and flat screen tv. The bed was comfortable. And the sink and vanity being outside of the bathroom was convenient for dressing while others showering. We've decided this will be our hotel whenever we come to Orlando.

The overall look of the hotel was nice. The service and rooms were far below what was expected. As most people do coming to Orlando, we traveled 8 hours to get there. Upon arriving our 18 month old needed to get some sleep. It took over 2 hours to get a roll away crib. Then because of the noise he couldn't rest. Also the bathrooms fixtures were coming apart, the refrigerator door wouldn't shut to keep milk cool, and wallpaper was peeling off the walls in places. Not the quality I was expecting from a 3 Star Hotel.

Nice hotel and great location. Would like to see something else for breakfast other than an expensive buffet. Staff was very friendly. Will be back again.

Our flight was delayed for 3 hrs it was 3 am before we reached the hotel which has a free shuttle from the airport which was nice. It came promptly to pick us up. The hotel was very close to the airport. The front was nice at first. We had 12 people with us so we had 2 rooms. I had reserved 2 queen beds and a pull out. What we got was a room with 1 king bed. We didn't find this out until we got to our room. They said that they had no rooms left with 2 queens. After a lot of complaining they finally gave us another room. The rooms are clean and the beds are like sleeping on air. The restaurant is expensive. I would stay here again because the hotel was very nice. The pool was great half in door and half outdoor.

We arrived with a massive group of travelers from the airport. It was 11 p.m. on Christmas night...was there room in the inn? There was one girl at the front desk and she worked as hard as she could to answer the phone and deal with the crowd. It was hot in the lobby, but we got through it. Our room was quiet and nice, sort of muggy. We often stay here because it is close to the airport and we're never disappointed. Dennys is very close, so with our 4hour time difference we were able to have dinner at midnight. I recommend this: take the hotel's shuttle and rent the car the next day (save money). This hotel was very accommodating about shifting our reservation when our airport shut down due to snow and our trip was postponed. The "other" travel website (hotwire) was not so nice about our plans changing...but that's another story! My recommendation is just to book with online travel website, who were very nice about helping us. Oh...one last thing: WiFi is not free. It cost $9.99 to use it. Safe travels!

Beautiful rooms, dining room service was poor and food was pricey but room and bed made up for it.

The easy access to the room from parking lot. No tables or umbrellas at pool.

The front desk and most of the staff were friendly. HOWECER, we had a suite with a fold out bed that was dreadful! The bed fell through the frame and our daughter slepton the slant! Breakfast was expensive and not very good - cold and overprived. HOWEVER. the location was a good one.

Initially I was not given the room I had booked. I booked a non-smoking suite with a pull-out sofa bed, and they gave me a one bed room with a conference room. When I complained, they said they had saved a smoking room for me,and when I arrived and asked for a non-smoking room, this was all they had. I asked how could this be when clearly I had a reservation that said ""non-smoking suite"". I vehemently complained, and magically they came up with a room exactly as requested when I booked online.

The Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport provides a comfortable place to unwind after a days travel. A large desk with computer connections and couch to watch the large screen lcd tv with some HD channels. The separate bedroom provides fine bedding and a vanity counter which is separate from the shower/toilet. The in house restaurant is rather expensive, but there are numerous restaurants nearby. And if you are without a car, the hotel shuttle will provide transport to any within a couple of miles.

The front staff was extremely kind and helpful at check in. The hot tub was only half full of water which was disappointing. Nice hotel for the business traveler, convenient to Orlando airport and area restaurants.
