Hotel is located next to shopping and several restaurants, nice view of downtown, close to other restaurants on the hill, and next to ferry for quick ride to Pirates came with no hassels.

Nice location and views. Trains go by regularly very close by. Clean and pleasant, large room but they wouldn't put a cot in for a third person. Nice location.

nice room, quiet halls, good service.

Location. Not enough staff at the check-in counter; line was long and wait was excessive. I loved the location.

The hotel was great in many ways, it's just the people who were staying there that made my stay unpleasant. Loud talking and shouting in the hallways - all hours of the night; continual door slamming - as if they were at home. The first night I had perhaps 1 hour sleep - if that. Had to buy earplugs in order to sleep the next night. The public needs to learn -- there's an etiquette to travel, and in hotel living. YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE STAYING THERE. And how about losing some weight?

Great locations! Parking was expensive and not validated at the hotel. Excellent! I have recommended that my friends and family stay there when they are in Pittsburgh!

This was the most comfortable bed we've ever had in a Sheraton or any other hotel. Just the right degree of softness, firmness, etc. Lots of pillows and wonderful comforter. We love this Sheraton

Iappreciate that they had a shuttle to the Pens game, as that was why we were in town and it saved us a cab. No food available at midnight. It was fine, but nothing special.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the location was nice. We rode the fairy to the game and that made it very easy. The shopping was good and there were many restaurants to choose from at Station Square. The hotel room that we stayed in is in need of some help. NOt that it was terrible but for the price we expected a little nicer room.

Location at Station Square was great for going out at night. The room is dirty, old looking, smelly and has no window looking outside.

Good hotel room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and a decent location.

The room was very spacious. Good place to stay if you are doing business in Pittsburgh.

lovely location, beautiful river views from room. The toilet was not bolted down properly. Beautiful location, one can walk to downtown and sports facilities. Easy parking.

Free shuttle to/from hotel within 3 miles. Stingy on towels (only gave us 1 towel for 2 people), coffee (1 cream, no stir, 1 sugar for 2 people).

The staff and the view of the three rivers. The carpeting, drapes, bedding seemed old.

Unfriendly front desk. Loud and too busy for it to be comfortable.

Location is convenient. The staff at front desk is not so friendly.

Pillows. Parking, keyed elevator. You should really invest in some parking for your guests.

Location provided nice view. The wireless internet service did not work. And the business center internet was very slow.

Many restaurants close by. A little tough to get there during rush hour traffic. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway but don't try to get there during rush hour. The hotel was what you would expect from Sheraton, nice, clean and friendly staff. Parking was easy and no more expensive than what you pay for city hotels anywhere across the country, about $16, and was self park. You have a great view of the city, and the paddle/stern wheeler boats are right in front for easy access to the baseball games. There is also a very nice paved path for jogging that will take you as far on the river that you want to go! Very nice experience for the price!
