Overpriced compared with other resort hotel. Small windows and useless balcony. They should see the room we stayed and should think if it is worth paying It's worth. Should refund. We are so disappointed at Sheraton.

was a nice place to stay the beach was really good except for having to pay to use the chairs and cabans on the beach. Smokers have to use smoking areas it is a nonsmoking hotel( wish we had known that) all in all it was nice place to stay we would go back again

The hotel was okay. I don't think I would classify it as a 4 star hotel though. The pool was small for the number of guests. It was also quite dirty. Overall, our experience was fine. Our biggest complaint was that the chair rental at the beach was $25/day. This seems exorbitant given the room was around $250 with all of the taxes, etc. It seems to us that a beach chair should be complimentary at a hotel like this. Also, be prepared to walk quite a ways to get to the ocean. The hotel is set back pretty far from the water. Food was very reasonably priced which was nice.

From the start the staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk was fast and very accomadating. They switched my room to one that can view the ocean. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and very relaxing. The pool is one of the best that my family used. The location is unmatchable. They have their own private beach where you can walk to from pool. As far as the other hotels in Clearwater Beach, This is the one to stay at. It is a quiet, family oriented hotel. I went on a vacation with my wife and two daughters and can not wait to go back again. This is my second vacation at the Sheraton Sand Key and I will make a third. I highly recommend this Hotel!!!!

Staff was very friendly, location was great. Little bit of a walk to the Gulf, but well worth it. Overall it was a great experience and would stay at the Sheraton again.

Great views. Don't ask the front desk to call you a cab, they call a private car instead. Great beach, nice pool side bar. Very comfortable beds. Overall a great get-a-way spot.

This is a beautiful hotel, but the walls in our room were not insulated well. We could hear people on both sides of us very well and there were noises through the night that kept us up. We had to keep turning the air conditioner on to drown out the noises. The bathroom also had very little counter space. The staff was very nice and pleasant and the ocean view was beautiful The beach is nice, but quite a walk from the hotel. It would be nice if they had a boardwalk out to the beach.

The best thing on my trip was the huge beach in front of the hotel. I took the best room but the view from balcony was horrible! You could see just some roofs. The cleaning stuff was good. The location is fine. Overall this hotel is good for families.

No hot water, had to request room to be cleaned each day. Well, past 2 pm. too many kids and noise.

this hotel was spotless clean and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The pool is very nice and it has a great beach. Food at this hotel was great and very reasonably priced. It has a 24 hour shop for snacks, necessities etc.

This was an all around great travel experiance. The resort property was very nice and was only exceeded by the friendly enthusiastic attitude of the staff. I would recomend the Sheraton Sand Key Resort to everyone.

Good location away from Clearwater Beach proper and right next to park. Didn't feel that crowded at pool or anywhere in hotel. Fitness center was quite decent and allowed us to work out every day we were here, although it does cost extra. Upside of that is that it keeps the little and not so little kids from breaking the equipment. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is quite a ways away from the hotel (5 min walk) - but I noticed that was true for all the hotels on Sand Key gulf side. The result is that the beach feels empty. All in all a terrific vacation and we are picky people. . Best thing about this hotel from my standpoint is that it's right across the street from the Clearwater Community Sailing Center, which rents out sailboats - reasonable prices and selection of boats. It's worth checking out if you're into sailing.

My husband and I were very pleased with the overall commitment to great service all staff at the sheraton seemed to have. With an exception here or there, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay very satisfying. The food at all locations on the property was great, especially at Rusty's. Rusty's was superb. I am not a buffet fan at all, but on Christmas day that was the only choice we had, and what an excellent culinary spread they had and we enjoyed. At the pool bar we had wonderful service, especially when Jeff the bartender was there, and (beach bum the squirrel that likes to visit and pick up his peanuts from the bartender.) Great time, beautiful sunsets. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Although I have stayed at the Sheraton Sand Key many times, I observed that it seemed even better than the last time I stayed there. I heard of no complaints from others staying in the hotel (I stayed there three nights). It did seem a little nickel & dime to charge for internet access.

The pool area was convenient. I did not hear from the attendant regarding the roll away bed as promised. I will not be returning to this hotel for the overall service I received. I will go to the Hilton or Marriot.

The sheraton was clean neat and nicley laid out with the outdoor pool and spa and being right on the beach, the location was right inbetween tampa and where I was staying. I would reccomend this hotel as well as return on a future visit.
