An excellent hotel. The Grand Tower was really nice and comfortable. The Lounge on the 5th floor was the best I've seen and the service was great. The best in Saigon.

By far the best Hotel in Saigon, but a bit expensive. On the other hand, there is not much of an alternative. The Caravelle Hotel is not as good and costs around the same. Position for Saigon is brilliant !

After 5 days at the Rex, we moved to the Sheraton and were in heaven! Great service, amenities, and very clean! New and fresh. Great beds and linens. Awesome view of the city and river. (No looking at a brick wall.) No comparison. Worth every penny!

It was a great hotel.Location, food, service and security were up to Sheraton standard. We are frequent visitors to HCM and have stayed in only 5 stars hotel. We rated Sheraton among the top 2 we have stayed in.

Welll located, excellent service, superb food. The hotel was the highlight of our holiday. If we ever went back to Ho Chi Minh City, we would definitely stay at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel and Towers.
