the place was well maintained, and the TV advertises the connectivity of the place. When you arrive at 11pm and want to check email before bed and early airport departure, a $10 internet fee is irritating.

Nice and clean. No breakfast. It's OK but would of like some breakfast in morning.

I was part of a party which was given this hotel as an option for a nearby conference. When I booked I explained that for reasons of health I needed to swim daily and requested a room near the pool. I got a room near the pool, but the pool had been closed for weeks. OK, I could swim in the pool of a nearby hotel, but that is not what I ordered. The restaurant was a shambles. Constant over billing, very slow service, mediocre food. Housekeeping was terrible. It took two days to get shampoo, the hotel ran out of regular coffee packets, etc. The wall outlet beneath my desk was broken. The iron in the room was missing. When I spoke to management about these issues I just got a lot of excuses -- new computer system, menu changes in restaurant, etc. What I discovered was very discouraged employees who had to work on new computer systems for which there was no training. Others in my party were driven late to the airport by the hotel shuttle (in my case, my name was not given to the driver who picked me up), air conditioning was broken, and there were similar weird experiences with housekeeping. In other words, this is a very poorly run hotel not worthy of a once proud name. Starwood, from what I could learn, is letting the brand languish. Stay away!

My experience at your hotel was wonderful. I was greeted as if I was a special guest. They were friendly and seemed to really want to make me feel special - like I mattered. The restaurant food was delicious and the staffing was all very friendly. The beds were very comfortable, and it was quiet. I would definetely recommend your hotel to others!

Great pool. Upon check in was told my reservations had been canceled. A mix up on there end, left me standing in the lobby for 30 minutes with my grandchild.

While overall this Sheraton stacks up to other Sheratons I have stayed at, some aspects of the stay missed the mark. First, though the hotel was not nearly filled, we had a room that face a parking lot rather than the courtyard and pool area. Second, our room service order was completely wrong and when we called to complain there was no follow-up. However, at the time of check-out, the front desk staff offered to remove the room service charge and gave me a comment card to complete for the manager.

Centrally located for all the places we wanted to go. Nicely appointed room that was quiet but close to lobby. Pool was a bit small as was the whole pool area.

This was a great hotel for a three night stay. GREAT room and hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Even called a private car to take me to the airport the morning I left! That was cool! Nothing near by to walk to which was a downer but a great stay!

Very nice staff, comfortable, great interior. Restaurant, slow service, $13 breakfast buffet bad. Overall verynice. Staff great, clean, pool area well kept. Only issue was both restaurants were very slow service with very few people there $13.00 breakfast buffet was more like the free buffet at a super 8. No pancakes, waffles, very light offerings for the money. The main restaurant only offered $3 cups of starbucks coffee with our dessert.

Bathroom facilities up to date. Nice contemporary change. Impressed at quality of hotel pick by Priceline. Not as close to our original destination but convenient to the freeways.

The staff were more than accommodating, very friendly and always helpful. I was very disappointed with the distance of the hotel to Arizona State University. The staff at the front desk, gift shop, maintenance, were all very helpful. I would rate them all above average. Excellent, top notch customer service all around. The towels were abundant at the pool. I very much appreciated the clean, rolled up towel on the lounge chairs nice touch. When I had trouble getting ice from the ice machine, an employee walking by offered to get some for me and bring it to my room! Very impressive. I also very much appreciated that they allowed me a late check out, since my flight was leaving at 4:45 pm. I would say that the only negative experience was in the bar/dining room. Our waiter forgot to bring my friend her glass of wine (twice), and didn't seem to be really very attentive to us.

Nice Lobby with /welcoming feeling. Front desk washelpful and very friendly. Our carpet was slightly damp as if it had recently been steam cleaned.

The bed was very inviting, and had a comfortable mattress. I did not know what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised at the hotel I ended up with through Priceline.com. It was located right next to the freeway. I checked in at 1:00 am, and was so tired so it was nice to have a clean attractive room. The bed was made very inviting with lots of pillows on it, and a very comfortable mattress. The soaps, and hair products provided were very nice. A lot better than the generic stuff provided by other hotels. The quality of the hotel makes me want to try Price line again.

Price. Charge for internet in room! The room was clean and quiet. Appointments were new and well cared for. This is the second time I have stayed here and the second time the shower head was facing OUT when I turned it on. I did not like the fact that they charge $9.99 a day to use internet in-room.
