The glass elevator was amazing after dark! Looking for the second swimming pool was an adventure! Girls weekend away, we definitely enjoyed our stay here.

We have stayed here multiple times in the past 5 years. It has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom is a nice feature. All in all it has always been a good place to stay and we would return without hesitation.

Great hotel! Comfy bed, safe in closet, very friendly staff, great amenities. Fully equipped exercise club, two pools, and good food at reasonable prices.

The hotel staff was willing to switch our room to a more quiet one due to all the hockey teams commotions and noise after our complaint. We did appreicate the hotel staff.

Great location, at home feel hotel, many bars and night life in area.Super comfortable bed. Impecable service. Cybercafe, Starbucks, excellent cuisine. Felt like I was staying with good friends.Awesome hotel. Will definitely stay again.

the sheraton was a great room overall. the only disappointment was housekeeping service. i was surprised to find they only provided fresh towels and remade the bed with the same sheets. i guess i expected more for the price of the room. also the new bathroom renovations were sloppy on the details (messy caulking, etc.....). but that's the contractors fault, not the hotels. neither one of these was enough to upset my stay. i would still recommend this hotel.

Starbucks on site, free underground parking. Pool facilities shared with BW next door. Good location if the business is north of Toronto. Clean and modern rooms. Great lobby, friendly check in experience.

Our room was extremely noisy all night from pipes in wall(?) When complaint made desk person was already aware of problem . Manager then denied a problem. * compensation given on an upgraded room only. After keeping a family up all night, this is an insult when the problem was known prior to us staying in room. When official response from hotel was given, they promised that the problem would be fixed for the next person. Big deal. I wouldn't doubt it hasn't been fixed. BEWARE of this hotel. The rest of the hotel is wonderful. The fitnes club has tennis and rachetball courts as well as 2 pools to add to the pool in the hotel. The dining room's breakfast was very nice and the staff in the restaurant was great. I wouldn't trust the management of this hotel. I was left feeling deceived.

Pool's, exercise area, gym, spacious lobby. Expected room to be bigger. Excellent location for destinations in north Toronto and north of Toronto. Facilities great for kids. Staff very helpful. Free underground parking has lots of room, cool in summer, snow free in winter. Rooms comfortable with lots of pillows.

loved everything about the Wonderland Package. Came with tickets and the 3 pools were awesome. Great service and close to everything

First check in very nice friendly and professional. Their was bad planing when they booked a large young (10-12 year old) hockey tournament improperly throughout the hotel. I complained more than 5 times about the playing in the halls (they were playing hockey in the halls the puck was bouncing off the doors down the hall) I asked to be mover 3 times they just sent security up ant 10-15 minutes later the game was back on. These teams should have been in 1 area and not with other guests I had a miserable stay and no rest. This place should use common sense this could have been avoided with proper planing.

There was a small problem with the room. Staff attended to it as soon as possible and gave us breakfast as a bonus. N/A The hotel was gorgeous and a perfect location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was great. Would definately stay there again.

Room was spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. No free high speed internet in rooms.

Excellent soundproofing. No shower cap in bathroom. Staying at the Sheraton Parkway was a great experience all around. The room was not huge. Wi-Fi was free in room and there were a few terminals in the lobby which were available without charge. There is free parking indoor and outside. The in room coffee was excellent (better than usual) but there is also a Starbucks in the lobby. This hotel is on busy Highway 7 but I didn't hear one hint of traffic noise in my room. I'd happily stay at this Sheraton again.

It was very clean. The staff was courteous. The bathtub was nice and deep for soaking in. I thought the television was outdated and hard to watch. Really need to update this type of equipment. This hotel was easy to get to and very welcoming when we entered the lobby. The staff was very helpful and accommodated us with a King size bed. The room was clean and the bathroom was a good size (had big soaker tub with separate shower stall). We ate one meal in the main dining room and the food and service were very good. I would recommend it to our friends.
