We stayed at this hotel with our Two teenagers, our two married Children and thier 3 small children. We had four rooms in all. We were very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. The Hotel lobby was nice as were the grounds. There is a nice little store in the hotel which we used a few times for snacks. There is a shuttle to Disneyland, from the hotel but it only comes every twenty minutes and make a stop at a few other hotels. We only used it once When our feet were too tired to walk anymore and were carrying a sleeping baby. It is a close walk to Disneyland and we walked most of the time. The only con about this hotel is that it does not have a complimentary breakfast. With this many people a snack type breakfast of rolls or fruit would have been nice. There is a resturant in the hotel but it was pricey for a family this large. There is also a Ihop across the street which our kids ate breakfast at once and it was good. So many of the Hotels in this area are run down but this one was a pleasant surprise. It really is very nice. and a good pick for the money.

We were really pleased with the hotel, and the staff. Housekeeping was great, even waited to clean our room later in the day when we got back from the half marathon. The desk clerks, the guest services were very nice. We asked for an upgrade to the Club level and were given a great room, looking out onto the parks, where in the evening we could stand on our balcony and watch the fireworks. The lounge was great for us, provided us exactly what we needed for breakfast and evening appetizers. The room was very clean and well appointed. From the hotel there is a shuttle to the parks, I'm not sure what the price is, since it was within walking distance, we walked, which took about 7 to 10 minutes. All in all, our experience was great. Would recomment this hotel.

We love staying at this hotel. We go to disneyland every few months and we love it. Disneyland is right across the street. You can see their fireworks perfectly from the hotel. Plus the beds are super comfortable and everything is always super clean. I have no complaints about the Sheraton. I totally suggest staying there. Its family friendly. The onyl thing is the trolly to disneyland takes forever to get there and I wouldnt really recommend it...especially at night. But othere than that its a great place to stay for the .

The Sheraton Park Hotel was a great choice when choosing a hotel within walking distance to Disneyland. The beds were very comforatble after a long day at Disneyland. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and took advantage of the nice waitress taking food and beverage orders for our convenience. Since food can get expensive, I highly recommend paying a little more and staying on the Club floor since it includes a great Continental breakfast with fresh fruit every morning and wonderful beverages including cocktails and hors d'oeuvres between 5pm and 7pm each day. Hors d'oeuvres included two hot items along with chips & salsa, guacamole, cheese and crackers, and fresh fruit. They were very filling and took the place of having to pay for an expensive dinner. A larger bathroom and dressing area would have been nice, but it wasn't a major problem. I would definitely consider staying at the Sheraton Park Hotel on our next visit to Disneyland.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke even though all the rooms were said to be non-smoking. The front desk did offer to change or spray our room, but it wasn't really worth the hassle since we were only there for a short time (to sleep, really.) I think I'm most disappointed because the hotel did not live up to a 3.5 star rating. The bathroom was very plain, very small. It was an average hotel room.

We were looking for a very nice hotel to stay in as this was our first family trip to Disneyland! We made sure we checked Travel website before we booked our hotel room! We were happy to see a lot of positive comments so we booked and we were not let down in any way! We did not get a room with a balcony but staff said when one came available we would be welcome to it! The room service was awesome! Our rooms were always made up and and they did a superb job of keeping it clean! Pool area was great for kids, nice pool side bar and never really that busy during the day. The hotel does have a lot of conventions going on but never seemed to get overly busy. Very happy about this hotel.. We would definitely stay again!

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our family has been to Disneyland several times and these were by far the best accommodations we've had. It was a short walk to Disney, maybe a half mile. Our room had a beautiful view of the park including the firework display. The pool was heated and huge and the bar near the pool was friendly and fairly priced. The price of the room was extremely fair for the quality of the hotel and its location. A third of the price as the disneyland resort (where we've stayed on a separate occasion highly overrated I might add) The only spot I would mark them down was the dining at their Overland restaurant. Also one more important thing! My daughter left a favorite toy at the hotel. We called them and they mailed it to us! Super nice of them!

My wife & I were just staying overnite while I attended two business meetings, Friday nite & Saturday Morning. Our room was upgraded to a king size bed and that changed us from being on the first floor to the twelveth floor. The view was perfect. The room was very spacious and neat. The bathroom was very clean and compact. Had a nice stay.

Small, friendly, and attractive. After reading some of the reviews of this hotel, I was prepared for a less than stellar experience. When we stay in Anaheim, we usually stay at a Hyatt or Hilton. This Sheraton met our expectations, and I enjoyed its' smaller size. It's very conveniently located, the room was comfortable, you can set the room's thermostat, contrary to what another reviewer said, and the decor was attractive. I wouldn't describe the hotel and its' grounds as luxurious or deluxe, but it's attractive all the same, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Total disaster! My family and I checked into 2 rooms for 3 nights, we had my 2 nieces and my mother in law ( not including my own 2 children) with us, when we checked in the clerk was very misleading, I asked if there was a shuttle to Disneyland from the hotel and she said there was, but she failed to mention that you had to pay for that shuttle! I called guest services to set up a dinner reservation for medievial times.. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Then , my husband and I decided to stay for 2 more days with just our family ( didn't want to have to move our stuff to another hotel )... We had went down to the front desk and gave them a form of payment and went on our merry way back to Disneyland, we returned back to our room to find that the keys did not work. They said that we never paid or set up the reservations for the extra 2 days at all... they even called the guy who set up the reservation and he said he didn't recall the situation at all! Manager was rude, would not help us research the payment, would not give us copies of our hotel reciepts ... had to have a manager unlock the room so we could get our stuff and leave! So , we ended up staying down the street at another hotel. To top it all off - after returning home they charged my credit card for the 2 nights that they supposedly didn't have payment for.( They have yet to refund my money.) I will never stay at this hotel or at a Sheraton hotel again.

Cleanliness, professional staff & location. Did not have hotel shuttle to local attraction. City bus service unreliable. Great hotel, professional staff & appearance. Location was fantastic with parking only steps away.
