The hotel is in a great location. It is across the street from a beautiful park, within walking distance of Central Quay, has wonderful shops around it, and is close to museums and other points of interest. It is within walking distance of anywhere you would like to go.

The buffet was great. Nothing I didn't like. This hotel was beautiful with very modern furnishings. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The restaurant was really good too!

Our top choice!!! great being across the road from the park aswell with children. The beds are soooo comfortable and I always have a perfect stay!!

Good hotel, well located in city centre, 15-20 min. walk to Circular Quay. Very good breakfast buffet (book it in advance! otherwise 39A$.), friendly service. We had a big bug in our room - a bit disgusting - but nobody's fault in the end. Anyway they generously apologized with a good bottle of red wine. Thank you! We would come back, however might prefer a hotel a bit closer to Circular Quay next time.

The hotel is rated quite high. However, I didn't find it to exciting. The rooms were spacious, however my room had a bunch of aircon-vents from the neighbouring building right in front of the window. Quite noisy. I also found some pipes in the bathroom dripping, thus the floor was wet. Not to nice, if the leak is located in the area of the toilet. There were also hairs in the bath - not mine, I could tell by the length. And I haven't had any visitors... The location in the heart of Sydney is quite convenient, however, I for my next stay, I prefer other hotels in this area.

Always a pleasure to stay at this Hotel. It is so central, the rooms are so big and tastefully decorated; the breakfast that is included is always a culinary delight. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at the sheraton numerous times during our visits to Sydny. The rooms are lovely but the service has deteriorated for a hotel of this calibre. The food is terrible, The buffet overpriced and full of dried out Chinese food. Normally we entertain our guests at the hotel but this time the service and food was dreadful. Toasted sandwiches were two pieces of buttered toast with raw tomato and uncooked cheese slapped between the toast. Luke warm tea...etc etc.....Until the improve the food. for this kind of money go to the Treasury or the Marriot.

The perfect 5 star city hotel whether I am on business or pleasure. I often rate a hotel by its breakfast service and this rates as the best so far in Australia.

Our stay was to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. The staff were extremely attentive to all our needs although we certainly didn't flag to them why we were staying at the hotel. This hotel offers first class service and facilities. The location can't be any more central to the heart of the CBD. Both of us loved our stay so much that we promised each other that we should do this more frequently than just an Anniversary. Thank you Sheraton on the Park for a very memorable weekend.

We had an excellent night at Sheraton on the Park. the room was beautifully appointed, service excellent, parking close by. Breakfast was busy but lovely room and service excellent. Food was great. Only difficulty was accessing lift to health club. We waited for a while but it didn't come so we gave up. Think more lifts to health club would be good.

First contact is with the conceirge but first impression is the reservtions person. In this instance she was fantastic and offered everthing I had wanted to request without any prompting. I will have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to client, friends etc.

Not a 5 star experience. Our last evening dinner remains were not picked up from outside our room even when we were checking out the next morning. Also, a bit annoying that they have to swipe your card again when you are leaving, rather than just charge to your account, which makes checking out a lengthier than required process. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing, especially considering the restaurant was said to have received many awards. The buffet was exactly the same on all the 3 days that we ate there.

Definitely a quality Hotel. Only disappointment was the Times restaurant which turned an expensive piece of steak into a piece of leather by severely over cooking - despite asking for medium / medium rare. Apparently the restaurant contracts to the hotel. I will stay again, but give that restaurant a miss.

Very central and covenient to shopping, walk to cicular key,catch Sky Rail to Darling harbour,or walk a wonderful park. Art gallery,Cathederal& Opera house all very close by.
