Very modern, very clean, excellent furnishings & location, friendly staff. Nothing. Highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location. Very clean, very friendly staff, like new furnishings throughout perfect!

We drove to Atlantic Beach from Kentucky. Love the beach location and the things to do for the kids. Pirate stories at night were a big hit. Kids camp was ok...could have been a little longer. Really enjoyed the location on the beach. We will remember this vacation. People were incredibly friendly.

Good indoor pool! Bathroom is old and smell funny in the bedroom! Needs bathroom renovations!

The hotel was okay. Nothing fancy for a Sheraton. The room was acceptable except for the peeling wall paper and missing tissue holder, the beach is nice and clean, the pools are in good shape. My biggest problem was the $ resort fee that is not mentioned when you make your reservation via telepone. Only my husband and I stayed did not need the resort fee activities such as internet access, volleyball games, activities for children, sports equipment - we just wanted to relax on the beach. The resort fee seems to cover everything we did not use except for parking for which we had no choice. If there were organized activities we were not informed and the staff at the front desk didn't quite know about it either. The person at check-in seem to be in a hurry and threw the key on the counter so that she could continue whatever we interrupted when trying to check-in. My complaints went unheard at the hotel. Immediately after staying at the Sheraton, we stayed at a Hampton Inn in another town and the rooms, service and complimentary coffee/breakfast/internet access was a treat. I would have expected more from a Sheraton.

Stayed at this hotel 1 year ago. Incredible changes. All the way from Food in the Italian restaurant to the cleanliness. I will be back with my family.

Clean, convenient, ocean view, comfortable bed, great amenities. Nothing. Great place to stay - convenient to either Atlantic Beach or Emerald Isle - clean, comfortable room w/great space to relax, bathroom was very clean and accommodating w/accessories; i.e., shampoo, body lotion, great place to stay.

Fantastic weekend. Visited on Meorial Day weekend. Loved the venue, the food, and everything we needed was there. Never had to leave the hotel. Only complaint was not enough lounge chairs by the pool. But it was a holiday weekend, so it was a large crowd. Molly's has the best cheeseburgers! If you like watching the sunset over the beach while you lloungie by the pool sipping a margarita, you'll enjoy the Sheraton.

Location & Facilities. Needed some assistance with the printer to print boarding pass and the desk assistance was not helpful. Great location. Beachfront view. The restaurant was good and the restaurant staff was very friendly. Inside and out side pool. Pier for nice walk and ocean view.

Stayed for weekend. Room was clean, except for sliding glass window that had the words "Clean me" on it. Check in was smooth, but no one else was in the hotel. Down side is they charge you 9.95 per day for internet/phone use and you are not told about it until you call and question it. When called and inquired abou it, the entire amount was not credited and they had to do it again. Overall, good stay and would stay again.

This is the best hotel we stayed at our entire honeymoon. Nothing. If you have a chance to stay in the area this hotel is a must.

This hotel was totally average . I travel every and stay at some chain hotels. I thought I would try out a new one and to my surprise was just average. Hampton is just as well and cost is lower plus a half way decent breakfast is included. you also have to pay a 9.95 a night resort fee that is not told to you when ou book your reservations. I am not sure what that covers except internet. next time I will sty at the hampton or Holiday Inn Express 5 miles down the road. Ants in my room and sliding door to balcony would not lock

My Room was #201 with full oean view. the view is good, the rest off the hotel really bad and definitely not worth its money (* for me). there is an additional fee of 10 USD for phone and internet per day. that is way too much. the color is coming off the walls in my room, the ceiling in the bathroom is rusty, and the whole hotel looks quite rundown. a place i definitely will not come back to.

Be prepared to be talked down to when you check in. my room was oceanfront. the whole sliding glass door frame moved. wasn't attached....safe ????no

"It was a great stay. However, since this location is between the ocean and the sound/intercostal waterway, the WIND is constantly blowing and is very cold during the time of our stay. However, it is windy ALL year long."

"I arrived at 1pm, my room was not ready. Later, came back to check in. line was too long, had to wait on the line 1 hour, when the time I got the check in desk, my room was still not available. Time as 6:45pm, I was still waiting in the lobby."

It was an old hotel that was not kept as clean as it could be. The rooms were not spotless, they were however clean. The staff was friendly, however not very helpful. There was minimal security, however we did not witness any problems. The indoor/outdoor pools were a plus, to bad they close BOTH during a thunderstorm. They did quickly open them at our request after the storm. Restaurant employees were really nice and our food was very good. It was a good value for the location.

"We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and were quite impressed. We left our room each morning around 9 and were pleasantly surprised to find our room cleaned by the time we returned (one morning at 10:30!). Refrigerator is a bit noisy but very nice to have. Also heard a lot of slamming doors but rarely voices or other noise. Loved the fan in the bathroom that ran constantly and dried our beach stuff quickly. ""Partial ocean view"" is amazing - can't imagine the full view was any better! Highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again and again and again! "
