We didnt stay that long so i didnt see so much from the Hotel. But the Breakfast ( which wasnt included) for 16$was really good, it was enough to eat ( it was a buffet) I didnt eat dinner there so i have no idea about that. The Pool was great, the beach was AWESOME! The staff was very friendly. Thats all i could tell.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so nice. My friend and I had an amazing time there.

Unfriendly staff, ants in room, multiple guest complaints, feels old. This hotel was probably upscale 5-10 years ago. Now, it is average at best. The staff was not helpful, and we experienced several complications with our room, including ants and a missing television remote control. The whole area felt depressing.

Hotel was seriously lacking in beach umbrellas and the few they had were taken early in the morning by guests putting their towels down but not appearing till the afternoon. Also Very expensive hotel. $6 for a small beer and $25 for a lasagna. Found a licquor store where beers were $1.75 but no minibar in the room. Could have hired a fridge but not at $20 a night!! Used the ice machine instead. Nice hotel though.........

The Sheraton was a really nice hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff was friendly as well, especially the concierge. Tips: The hotel has its own food but it is very expensive! We're talking $15 for a turkey wrap...nothing on the side. We brought oatmeal (the coffee machine will make hot water), peanut butter and bread, fruit, nuts, and meal replacement bars from home and only ate out for one meal per night. Otherwise a family could easily spend a few hundred dollars per day on food. Use the chart at the taxi stand to know how much your ride will be before you get in a cab. They will try to rip you off. Our favorite meal was at the Columbus Tavern on Paradise Island. It was so quaint and had terrific food (crab stuffed grouper...yum!) It was also away from the hustle and bustle of Atlantis. Finally, know that the Royal Holiday people that patrol the beach to get you to come to their seminar will give you lots of gifts, but to enroll in Royal Holiday it costs ! Go in knowing this, but get them to give each person over 30 years old a gift certificate for at least $75 (buffet at the Wyndam?) for attending.

We booked an 8 day vacation to get the most out of our travels. The hotel is close to the airport. Cabs are *. The hotel is very nice. The rooms were clean and cozy. We had a room on the 1st level that walked out to the side of the hotel and to the beach, I recommend this style as opposed to a balcony. The pools were decent. They do need to be cleaned better but it's obvious the hotel is laid back about everything. The lifeguards leave at 6pm but you can swim all night which is awesome. The hotel is connected to the Wyndham so you can use they're pools and restaurants. The wyndham has more activities, casino and restauraunts and stores if you are looking for entertainment. The Sheraton is more low key and relaxing. The beach is beautiful and a must see. When we checked in no one told us anything or gave us a map or info about restaurants. There are only 2 and no activities. Nothings included. The customer service is poor all around at the Sheraton and in the Bahamas. We were extremely dissappointed with the lack of friendly faces and customer service from the people that work there. But as a culture it is the whole town. Te people living there are miserable and it shows. Everything is imported and overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go all inclusive at a hotel you can afford. We paid about *per night for 4 people and did not have all inclusive. Sodas are *, lunch is * Dinner is * and up. Be prepared to be nickeled and dimed for food and activities. It's not just at the Sheraton, it's the whole island and Paradise island too. It's expensive plan ahead!

My husband and I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was not crowded at all. I think being away from downtown, and Paradise Island made it more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Even going downtown to shop was great. We will hopefully return in a few years.

The service was great, the staff was very friendly and the location was awesome. Food was ok (room service or the deli seemed to be the best bet unless going off site). I didn't know until towards the end of the trip that the fitness center was on the 4th floor of the Sheraton and many of the water activities were free.

The additional service tip charges. If those charges were optional, there was nothing that indicated so! And in this case, it is unacceptable!

We had the best time in the Bahamas, the hotel staff where friendly and polite. We love our room it was the same kind of room that we booked for. we could wait to wake in the morning for the buffet breakfast that wasnt that much per person when you got everything that you could think of. the pool and the beach right next door made it even better. We didnt have to walk a long distance for the beach or for the pool, our room faced the pool/beach area and the view was wonderful. I would suggest this hotel to everyone, not that expensive but it does have class. I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else not even the Atlantis.....

My family and I chose this location to vacation for more intimate and quality over the busier hotel and casino facilities. The Sheraton's amenities, complimentary water activities provided fun for all ages. We loved this place and plan to return next year with our extended family. My only compaint is the cost of food; but considering 95% of the island food is imported justified the cost.

Hotel is very nice. Service was average and food was very expensive with very limited choices. Beach was great for sun bathing but not great for swimming as sea weed spread itself on most of the sand on the ocean floor. Be aware there is a bellmans fee and resort fee charged for each guest per day.

it was the worst experience ever , they charge an extra $15 to $18 per person per day for room service ,pool and door man , the staff were very very rude , the menu had like one single page and very expensive so make sure u take your own food with u or go to the hotel next door they have a nice buffet . it's just too much . it was the first time and the lat time i go there

Casino is connected to the hotel. Also, 10 minutes away from downtown Nassau. Not as romantic. Great staff. Location is perfect. Overall, good place to bring a family.

The hotel was great. The room was clean and the view perfect. Don't plan on eating here though because way too much cash. There is also the issue that it is a quarter benjamin cab ride to about anywhere. I would stay here again but plan on getting my own rental to get around. Study a map or two before you go and you can get to where you need to be.

The hotel itself was ok, it was more the service that was the problem. The only people that were friendly were the people working for a tip. If you order a beer from the bar, it was expensive and it had 15% gratuity added automatically. The service at the pool bar was bad, b/c they knew they were going to get a good tip automatically. We had to call every day at 2pm to get house keeping to clean the room and for fresh towels. The facility was nice, but for the island to depend on tourist to make money, they need to try a little harder and be less rude.

This was a family trip with high expectations but to great disappointment I was let down with the service and disrespect that I received while staying at the Sheraton Resort at Cable Beach. 1st they did not provide excellent service from cleaning the room to the friendliness of the staff. The location is Ok but I left with definite feeling that I was not going to use this hotel ever again. The staff treated my family like we were bile.

I stayed from 2/16 thru 2/18. I went for relaxation but the front desk staff in general move way to slow. Check in time is 3pm so why wouldn't they have more staff available. I had a package thru JetBlue that included all gratuities but I still had to remind the front desk to remove the extra fees. there was a $11charge for the bell hop. I took my own bags because I was tired of waiting. One of the ceiling lamps in the bathroom in my room didn't work. It was nice having a flat screen tv but the signal was only analog. The conceirge moved slow. I called the front desk and they didn't know there was a soda machine on my floor. The front desk manager was veryhelpful Basketball coinsisted of a single rusted rim and paper thin backboard in the courtyard. Dinner was so expensive you will be well served to walk over to the Wyndham Hotel for the buffet. Their midweek price was much less and the food was fine. At chewck out time they slipped a bill under my door once again that showed they only thing due was the $11 for the bell hop. I went down and had it removed. If you're trying to save money it's an okay place because you can take the public bus downtown for only $1.25. The staff was friendly but SLOW.
