Date of Stay: May, 2009

I was attending a conference. At times it sounded like airplanes were going to hit the roof when they took off. I would expect that the hotel would have be sound proofed. Restaurant was so slow at serving lunch. It took 2 hours to get served and I missed the first 30 minutes of the afternoon session. I expected free decent wireless internet service, but it was so slow that it was impossible to work. It might be a nice place for vacation but if you have to work online, stay somewhere else. I know I will.

Comfortable and clean bed after a long day around the city. Unlike stated in ad, there was no refrigerator. Unloading during storm was hard due to hotel shuttles. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I would have liked it better had they had the refrigerator that was in the list of amenities and had the entrance not been blocked by the shuttle vehicles during a torrential downpour.

Usually Sheraton hotels are very nice, but I was not happy with this one. I requested a room with two beds (my reservation was for 2 adults & 2 children), and I was given a room with one king bed (no couch that pulled out into a bed). I am not sure how they expected four people to sleep in a king bed. They said I could get a roll away bed for an extra fee! Their hotel restaurant was not open for some reason (no nice restaurants near this one...only Jack in the Box & Subway) so we ended up spending $300 on room service to eat! Their pool was disgusting!!!! There were towels sitting at the bottom of the pool plus a bottle floating around in the pool! This is the last time I stay at this Sheraton.

Had to change rooms due to loud air conditioner right outside the room. Once I settled in, the Internet access (which they charged for) kept dropping out. Registered a complaint through their customer service and even though they said they'd have someone get back to me, never heard a thing. When checking out, asked for a receipt with the actual room charges on it and saw that my rate through Orbitz was $40 more per night over what the hotel charged Orbitz - this is on a $140 room. Nice markup Orbitz! What a rip-off! Next time I'll just use the hotel online reservation system and book it directly myself.

My husband and I were planning a late summer long weekend when he experienced chest pains. I took him to the hospital at 4:30 a.m. on Saturday morning and he was checked in. The hotel we stayed in on Friday night had no vacancies so I had to move. I didn't need additional stress, our original hotel recommended this one. I called, they were so kind, and by 2:30 p.m. I had gotten my husband settled in the hospital and I had checked into this beautiful hotel. The room was quite spacious, clean, and safe. I could not have been more pleased, I even called the front desk to make certain that the rate was correct. It was so very nice. That evening my parents joined me and we tried to find a hotel for them. When nothing could be found close by, I suggested they move in with me. There was a huge room with a sofa bed so why not? We were all quite comfortable and the hotel staff was wonderful to work with. They even called and asked if we were happy with the accomodations! Through this stressful time we were so greatful to have a nice place to rest. My husband is doing well and we are home, but I will never forget the staff and my stay at this amazing "home away from home".

They put us in a room right by a 24 hour lounge. The room was very noisy from all the people in other room being the lounge. I had to call several times about the noise. We were finally given another room after I had to go downstairs at around 2 am and demand to be moved so we could sleep.

The Sheraton Music City in Nashville TN was just a great hotel for the price, very clean, comfortable and the hotel staff was very,very helpful.We stayed over for the Tennesse Titans game and they even provided us with driveng directions to the stadium

Very pleasant stay, staff helpful and friendly. Enjoyed lunch in the restaurant. We were placed in the back of the hotel andI don't believe it was full. Would have preferred a nicer view but we were tired and didn't ask. It is a lovely place, well kept, did not notice signs of neglect. Rooms are decorated nicely, very pleasant colors.

Sheraton Music City is a beautiful hotel. It is very well located and price was reasonable. There were two things, however, which I felt could have been improved. The front desk should always know what rooms are already ready. My husband and I were given a room (around 4pm), we carried all of our things up only to find the room had not been cleaned. We had to carry everything back done to the lobby to get another room. This was after an already tiring day. I would definitely stay there again. These are just some thoughts for improvement.

It was centrally located. The hot tub was not functioning, the outdoor swimming pool was cold and not very clean.

"This has been one of the prettiest places, with top notch staff,from check in to check out, that I have stayed in. A pleasant greeting, ""Welcome back Mam"", at the end of a day on the town,by the bell hop, was so pleasant to hear. The entertainment at the Piano Bar was excellent enough to make you want to stay in. Loved the place,highly recommend it."

The Sheraton @ Music City Hall was very relaxing for me. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were more than helpful. I loved the size of the room and how the furniture was arranged because it made for plenty of room especially considered i was provided with a desk that could have fit three dell laptops comfortably and a sitting area with two chairs table and a lamp. The room really made feel at home and not like i was cramped up in a small room.

It was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. I could stay there and never go into Nashville itself. One side of the hotel faced the highway. That was not good. The hotel was like B&B. The food was excellent and room service was prompt; faster than expected. My children felt comfortable and it was a very upscale hotel. I have never stayed at a Sheraton property and would stay there again. Very Impressive.
