We've stayed at a lot of 4-5 star hotels and the rooms at the Sheraton were 5 Star all the way... SWEET stone fireplace, really nice/high quality beds & pillows.. a towel in the room was made into a swan... reminded us of Playa Del Carmen. Huge really nice bath. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Everything was great and Avon is a beautiful area... much better than Vail.

We were 3 adults in 1 room. We were concerned that we would be tight for space, but the rooms in this hotel are big. There is a separate dining area with sink, fridge microwave dishes silverware coffee maker etc. Then there is a living room with fireplace and TV. then there is a separate bedroom also with a TV. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. This is a great property for a family to stay in 1 room comfortably.

The Sheraton Mountain Vista is our favorite hotel to stay at. The suites are absolutely wonderful and filled with ammenities. The entire hotel is clean and beautiful. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome - even the maintenance staff say hello whenever you see them! We have stayed here with friends and family and will definately stay as often as we can in the future. The hotel definately has a standard of excellence and strives to maintain it.

I was travelling without my spouse for a wedding in Beaver Creek. The location was good, the accomodations were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room decor the quality of the bedding and the cleanliness of the rooms. The young foreign staff was not dressed appropriately for the front desk and applying make up while manning the front desk was not appropriate behave. Lovely room's .smart hotel. Good location.

Nice condo! Great pool (both outside and on the roof), jacuzzi, workout room, fire pit. They even let us make smores in the firepit with the Grandkids. Our room did not have a stove but did have gas BBQ on the balcony which worked out fine. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was wonderful. The room we were in was very well taken care of and beautiful. The people are all very nice and very thoughtful. Overall the experencie we had was great. I can recommend this hotel to who ever would like to stay at Beaver Creek to ski.

Enjoyed a lovely fall weekend in Avon. The hotel was a great surprise; nice appointments, comfortable and private. All in all, it was a good experience.

This facility was perfect for our needs. We ended up staying over a week. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed having the gas grill on the balcony. The only complaint was that the water for the shower was almost impossible to adjust and was never the same. It definitely needs to be checked out.

My experience with the hotel is that, while comfortable to sleep, every day something essential broke. On the first night, the heating in one room didn't work. On the second night the fan we left open suddenly started to stutter in the middle of the night with loud noises. One the third day, the outdoor jacuzzi water heater broke. The maintenance crew was not prompt and appeared when we called only after hours of wait. That said, the hotel has very nice amenitiies, such as underground garage and Internet, the rooms are spacious and beds are good. That said, there are two TV receivers but only one DVD player. So when I wanted to watch DVD in the bedroom, I had to unwind the player and rewind it myself in the bedroom. In short, there is a lot to be desired.
