It was really terrible to sleep there. Mannerless younsters had a party in a room until 6 am. singing a Muslim song, laughing, and giggling. And staff was angry at my repeated appeal but doing nothing. It's defenitely not a hotel for a family. I'll never go to this hotel any more.

Location good, most of staff responsible. Not enough seating in the bar area.

The hotel itself not a bad place to stay, it was clean. The staff was not the most helpful. When it came to transportation instructions they were not helpful at all. Maybe they are use to paying over priced taxi rides that are different in price from the same place depending on what direction coming from or going to or that public transportation is above them to actually give a normal person directions of how it works to get around there city. People come to stay at there at hotel from all over but are so lost that they dont even enjoy the city for what it can be. Enough that we will never go back to stay at their hotel and all it would have taken is a bit of their time to help out the none local folks that help pay there wages by staying there. Would recommend staying there but dont expect any friendly customer service if doesn't pertain to there job.

Minutes from Newark Airport without being in Newark. Good/safe location & close to NYC. The hotel offers shuttle service to the train station for a quick 9 minute trip into Penn Station. For the rate, this was a fantastic find. The hotel was quiet & clean. Ammenites looked great even though we didn't use them. I would stay here again with no problem. Only issue was the restaurant...it was okay at best.

Front Desk Agent [...] was very friendly, very quite and peaceful stay. View to NYC was amazing! Location is not so great when searching where to dine. Over all loved my stay and will book in the future at this hotel.

Lobby could be more attractive with more embellishments. Dim-lit halls, restaurant service poor and too expensive. Amenities satisfactory, isolated from any stores, unattractive for exercise walking.

We have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the last three years and we will keep coming back. We have always been treated well. The rooms have always been clean and very comfortable. Depending on the room, the view can be breathtaking. The pool/hot tub area are always clean. We love to stay in Manhattan when we can but it is not always affordable. This is our next choice. You are only minutes from the Theater district.

The Sheraton Meadowlands is an outstanding choice if you are looking to stay in that part of Northern NJ. Excellent room and amenities; staff was professional; excellent restaurant and lounge. This is the place I would stay when going back to the Meadowlands area.

I was not impressed with my stay. I was expecting more for 249/per night and for a newly renovated hotel. 1) In hallway to the room, I saw discolored wallpaper. 2) In the room, the bathroom was bare, blow dryer did not work, and no fan to pull out steam. 3) TV had limited functions (no sleep mode) and bad reception. 4) the service in Chairman's Grill was disappointing. When I asked the waiter for entree recommendations, it was ignored and he said,"I'll come back." However the shuttle and maid service were good. Overall for the price, the service, the appearance and amentities were somewhat lacking.

I woke up with bug or spider bites all over the side of my body. I noticed one on my hand in the morning, and rushed out to work (the reason I was there) where I noticed five more bites. I did not have time to complain to the staff, so I can't fault them. I will never stay there again.

We were in town for the Dinosaurs Live show at the Continental Arena. 2 adults traveling with 2 small children. The hotel is in a great location. Its easy to find, lots of parking, close to all the arenas in the Meadowlands complex. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are typical and clean. We had a decent view of NYC across the river. The pool is good size and clean. The only complaint I have about this hotel is the restaurant. The service is slow as molasses, they really can't deal with kids....no plastic cups, kids menu is available but out of date. They give the kids a paper menu to color, but they don't have any crayons. There are items on the kids menu that aren't available, and parents know that once a 3 year old has decided what she wants to eat, talking her into something else is not easy. Other than that, the place is fine. If I was traveling to this area again, I would probably stay at this hotel.

I've stayed at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel and Conference Center twice before and I love it. I've never had any problems with the staff (except for one issue during my last visit, but it was resolved and was nothing to lose sleep over). The hotel is spotless and is kept up very well. During my last visit, our room was missing towels, I called the help desk and within 10 minutes, we had extra towels delivered to our room. The location is great if you are looking to go to an event at the Meadowlands. It takes at most 5 minutes to get from the hotel to the Meadowlands. The only issue I have is the price - but this is to be expected from a Sheraton, especially in this area.

Great location for a Giants game, and the place is gorgeous. The restaurant was a little weak , the staff did a fine job and I would definitely stay again!

My daughter was attending a dance competition and workshop from fri, Feb 15th until sun. Feb. 17th. The ballroom in which her competition was being held was located on the second floor. It had such an odor it was literally making people sick. My daughter had been complaining of a headache since we arrived. There was a horrible mold odor. My daughter wasn't the only one sick. Many girls actually left the workshop to get fresh air and eventually started feeling better until returning to the ballroom. This to me is inexcusable. This is a high rated hotel and therefore I feel this should never had been an issue. I will never stay there again and would never recommend this hotel either.

Very clean, good layout, good food. Repave the parking lot. Very nice stay for an event room on Club Floor (although no idea what club benefits we were entitled to) bed comfortable, room spotless and quiet.Good bar, breakfast at restaurant, convenient parking and Starbucks a plus.

The Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel & Conference Center was very comfortable and located close to the New Jersey Devils game we were attending. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a peaceful night's sleep. Only issue would be that I thought the shuttle might take us to the game but the only option was a taxi or driving there. Otherwise, a great experience overall and would stay there again.

I like the location to NYC.
