Service was excellent and the room was clean. We were very pleased and their hotels are always top notch..

Great location. Most staff members attentive. Pool closed at 7:00 p.m. Waited 15 minutes to get baggage from bell hop.

This is a really good place to stay if you are not on a budget... the location is great, just in front of the angel de la independencia, and the US embassy... Walking distance from attractions like Torre Mayor, Chapultepec Castle, Chapultepec Forest, Zona Rosa, etc. The prices are expensive, the restaurant is not bad, but you can get something better somewhere else, by the same price. The WI - FI intenet is not free, ther charge like 15 USD for 24 hours of internet, wich is crazy!

The location was amazing. Nothing. Loved this hotel - would definitely stay here again. It met all of my expectations as a Hotel and exceeding my expectations in its location! Perfect location.

The hotel was great, location great, very clean, food was great. the only thing I didn't like was that anything you wanted to do extra cost money, like the exercise room was 20 per day extra, I didn't want to ask about the pool. i would stay again because of the quality of the hotel.

No coffee pot in the room,TV was not working at times and control had to be changed twice. Clean, lovely, good security. Disappointed in lack of restaurants that were open this time of the year.

The front desk was more confused than most I have seen. They were still using old credit card proccessing systems. I waited in line to check in for over 15 minutes with no one to talk to. They did not have enough help on the desk. I checked in at 7pm so this should not have been a problem. Other than that the hotel was great. Nice room great view. The bar in the main lobby was expensive. I had two bloody mary's which cost me * usd. They were doubles but still. The hotel was very clean and once you had a room they treated you like a kIng. Very nice staff. X at the lobby bar was great! For the price which was a few dollars cheaper than the others I would stay here again. The Mahattan grill which is on the premises serves a great tortilla soup and the tacos out of this world. I had a great time in the city.

Friendliness of the staff. Odors in the 10th floor. All in all, we had a very comfortable 7-day stay, and above all, this venue is has very convenient access to all the main touristical sites around Mexico City.

I feel at home at the Sheraton Maria Isabel; they pamper me, they fulfill all my requestes, it is clean and safe, and beautiful. I love this hotel!!! Rooms are super clean..the rooms facing El Angel are MUCH nicer than the ones facing the back, so make sure you request the newer tower with view to El Angel. Also, it is super fun to stay at the 16th-18th floor Executive Towers, with butler service and all, and sometimes they have good specials that are not too expensive!!!

Every things was excellent. The was is in a goog location, clean, is perfect.

Personnel very friendly, reception nicely presented. Rooms are too old and caulking stripping out of the wall. For a 4+ stars, I had far better experience at the Holiday Inn Express, 2 blocks down from this hotel. Same applies to the Peabody I stayed at Orlando FL. With pleasure I would stay again at those hotels. For a Sheraton hotel, the rooms are poorly presented.

Location. No coffee machine in the room.

The staff at the reception is great. Very friendly people throughout. Walls are paper thin. There is no free coffee in the room, internet is 17 dols. a day, rooms are outdated. Very well located, and with a range of restaurants within walking distance. Very expensive internet in the room, only half an hour for free downstairs, which is inconvenient if you depend on it for your work. The rooms are outdated in the main tower, no coffee (first time ever this happens to me) in the rooms, the walls are unbelievably thin. You can hear everyone's sneeze. The staff redeems the experience, but I would not recommend it.

Location. There was no coffee or tea facilities in the room and had to be ordered. My computer for which they charge $20 per day picked up a virus. A hotel of this class should not charge for internet service. $20 for 24 hours is disgusting especially as my computer picked up a virus. Also for business travelers not having free access to coffee, tea or ice in the room is surprising. For this reason I will not stay there again.

Nothing. Thin doors, you can hear every room around you, people smoking in the next room and phone conversations were heard all over the floor. Old, cheap finishes, expensive, thin doors, thin walls, you can hear the shower next room, the room above you and phone conversations all over the floor. I will never stay here again.

So many people from so many different countries. It wasn't that close to anything of note. Great hotel, right next to the American Embassy. Price was worth it.

The hotel staff is very attentive and makes your stay very comfortable. New furniture in the rooms and plasma TV's. The hotel is in a very safe and convenient location in the city. The hotel staff is there for the guest's needs at all times. In the middle of the night, the bellman went to the store and bought me some medication I needed.

The location continues to be superb. Traffic outside of the hotel is awful most of the time. It takes a lot of time to get to lobby. The Maria Isabel Sheraton is so, so close to many of the destinations sought by business traveler. The hotel is comfortable and accommodations are very, very good. The staff makes up for whatever shortcomings the hotel might have. I Experienced two power outages during my one night stay, but fortunately did not last too long.

Rooms were large, clean with comfortable king size bed and nice amenities. The hotel taxi charged extra for picking us up from a restaurant w/o telling us in advance. An attractive upscale hotel conveniently located near the Zona Rosa and the subway. The staff is very helpful, the deli in the hotel was convenient and the food was very good.
Date of Stay:

Lobby and facilities like pool very nice, though I did not have time to see or use the pool. Buffet breakfast very nice. The room was nice, clean and reasonably decorated though felt somewhat cramped for a luxury hotel. Nonetheless, it met the standards for the price. All staff friendly and helpful. Management extended them to be gracious. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the hotel offered facilities such as a pool that I did not have a chance to see or use. My only negative was feeling the room could have been a little larger.
