The staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Nothing. Great location to everything we wanted to do. Very clean! The staff was incredible. Would use this hotel again in a heart beat.

I was pleased with the location. Walking distance to many Harbor attractions and easy parking in a garage. I've stayed at a few hotels in Inner Harbor and have chosen to stay here more than once.

We walked a million miles, and came back to the Hotel mid afternoon for some rest. The we went back out early evening well rested and enjoyed every bit of our trip! We never get tired of the Inner Harbor. We have stayed at many hotels there. This was the first time we were able to check in right away , so the Sheraton at the Inner Harbor is definitely one we will go bakc to again and again. Front desk staff was really terrific too!

We liked everything about this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Mother's Day brunch was delicious, too. Wish we had known about the valet parking ahead of time. We would have used it. Bar area could've been larger. We had a great weekend. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Service was great. Early check in, and late check out were no problem.

We were pleasantly surprised that the rooms were so clean. Very comfortable beds. nicest feature was the close location to inner harbor, not quite two blocks. We would definetly stay at Sheraton on our next visit.

Was the best hotel we have visited so far. Great rooms, quiet, good shopping for incidentals etc. The only thing we didn't like and we didn't know till we got there was there was a $24.00 per day parking fee in the enclosed hotel parking lot. They should tell you when you book that it costs that much.

Convenience to my business requirements. The housekeeper kicked me out of bed. A convenient, pleasant hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is pleasant and helpful. It is convenient to business that I do. Easy to light rail to get back and forth from BWI airport. The housekeeper was slow and brash. Rolled me out of bed after 3pm to clean the room.

This hotel was much too pricey for the room as well as the food. Nothing was great, the experience did not make me want to come back.

The hotel service was great but I was shocked with a $72 parking fee. We enjoyed every place we visited. The Duck Ride and the Science Building were disappointments. The greatest shock was walking out of Morgan's witha $207 bill for a meal! Over all it was a good time but if we would go back we would look for a hotel with less parking fees.

The Hotel did what they could when they didn't have 2 beds in our room for my family of 5. The pool was very small. More like a large hot tub. Gave us a one bed room when we needed a 2 bed room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Because of the error of the one bed room. They did give us a portable bed and free breakfast in the morning.

Stayed here for the long weekend. Pool is a joke if you want to swim, but OK for kids to splash around in. Could use a fan in the bathroom! Tried to use the luggage cart ourselves and told only for valet service. Luckily we only had few suitcases. Needed some supplies brought up and this happened very quickly. Meals at grill expensive....so plan ahead. We got a very good deal online so it was worth the price

Attending a conference at the Baltimore Convention Center, so location was perfect. However, I was shocked and amazed to see the high cost of food in the 1 restaurant in the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly, which was appreciated, but there were not as many amenities as I'd expected.

Nice room, place to eat at hotel. No free breakfast, andyou have to pay $24 a day to park.

My husband and I did a weekend Orioles adventure. I couldn't have picked a better hotel. Staff was friendly. The location was right off the MARC transit. 1.60 to Camden Yards from BWI. Rooms were clean. The walls are not thick and you will hear room noise from next door.

Had an opportunity to stay just one night at the Sheraton - my experience overall was very pleasant and I would without hesitation recommend staying there. The staff was small in number but friendly despite the long lines. The initial room assigned to me had a single bed but I needed separate beds - they accomodated my request quickly. Kudos for the great customer service.

As I became infected with the swine flu prior to the trip, my roommate and I never made it to Baltimore for the weekend. We've heard many good things about this hotel and the city it resides in, however, we were not able to experience them first hand. We are planning a future trip, so we hope to be able to see the city and hotel at that time. Until then, we will collect as many tips and suggestions as possible about the city of Baltimore, and look forward to another planned visit.

I found the room to be very neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I will stay at the Sheraton Inner Harbor whenever I am staying overnight in Baltimore. The room was clean and the staff was very nice.
