Came to look at housing in the area. The hotel provided a great comfortable stay for my family. Very quiet and clean. Beds were quite comfy.

Friendly staff. Old, dirty and ugly.

The front desk is friendly, the room adequate and clean, the free wireless very handy. Unfortunately, the restaurant dinner was over-priced and not very tasty, and the waiter (must be new) was uninformed. We had a much superior meal (for considerably less) another night (at a local steak house).

I stay at the hotel every year for the LineDance Marathon, with about 600-700 other dancers. They are very accomodating to our needs as dancers by keeping the dance rooms nice and cool, as well as equipped with lots of water. The rooms are great and the beds are fantastic. Nothing better than after a day full of dancing to come in and crash on the soft beds at 3 AM. The pool is nice and wasn't too crowded, although maybe that is because everyone in the hotel is there for the marathon and they were all dancing. The food is convenient and of decent quality and the prices are great! The only problem with the hotel is location. There aren't any restaurants within walking distance. However, for the marathon they have a shuttle that will take you wherever you wish to go, free of charge. As for the price, we get a great deal (99 a night), but I know the hotel is pricey for regular visitors. Overall, I really like this hotel!!!

Loud, Not presonally inviting. Food was average. Nobody offered to help me check my bags in or out, Not enough staff for the time of day. Seeemed to cater to one special group that was meeting at the time of my stay. Guess it was alright but would never reccomend it to co-workers or friends. And Orbitz booking fees were way too high. Will never use the service again!!!!!! Roger Maxwell

The hotel was very upscale! Had the feeling of a Vegas hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the airport, RTP, Raleigh/Durham. Staff is professional, lobby area is first class all the way. Highly recommend this hotel.

I arrived there on Friday late for business on Saturday. The Hotel is very large and spacious. The lobby was also very spacious and included large TV's , full bar restaurant and coffee shop. Depending on where your room was, navigating which elevator to take could get confusing. However after a day's stay, you would get acclimated easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When calling the front desk from the room, they would address you by your last name without you telling them. The room was very clean and had a fresh smell to it. The bathroom was spotless closets and corners very clean and the robe hanging in the closet was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi worked without cumbersome codes and connected with ease. Beds were very comfy and soft, each had 4 fluffy pillows and what felt like a down comforter. I did not hear any noise from the adjacent rooms and minimal hallway activity. The only complaint, if any was that there were not many places to eat within walking or short driving distance. Although, the hotel did offer a shuttle to a good size list of places and landmarks. Overall, an excellent stay at a reasonable price. I would recommend if traveling for business or leisure.

My son and I visited DUKE for football recruiting and we were very pleased with the location of the hotel for both airport and university. The staff was extremely pleasant and went out of their way to be accommodating. We had a bathroom problem late one night and the maintenance man was there immediately to fix our problem and was very gracious and kind. Will definitely stay there again!! We also changed our room from king to double beds and they were very pleasant and helpful then as well.

Very clean and comfortable. I would have like the choice to have a smoking room. Every bit is of a 3.5 star hotel if not a 4 star. It is a non-smoking hotel. Extremely comfortable, relaxing, and clean. Staff was very nice, helpful, accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel as a veteran of business travel.

Open space area, spacious rooms. Gym was not part of the hotel had to pay and change buildings. Very spacious hotel, big lobby, nice rooms, friendly staff and good food at restaurant.

Everyone was very professional. Parking was less than well designed. A really good convention hotel. The only matter that perplexed me was that someone in management might have had the initiative to move a bellboy to the doors leading to the ballroom when there's an expo, as the vendors almost always need help getting gear in and out, which given the non-proximity of parking and the double line of doors is never easy. Rooms were good, eateries were fair, staff attitude and professionalism was excellent.

Clean and large room. Nothing that I can think of. The other best experience is the Marriott at the John Wayne Airport in Costa Mesa, CA. Often times, the 3.5 star hotels are older and slightly run down. This hotel was in great shape and the location was perfect.

Helpful staff. No shuttle to mall or local area. Outdated rooms, and older hotel. Not a 3 star really. More like 2.5. It was outdated and older. No shuttle like other local hotels had to take you around and cabs are not plentiful. Helpful staff though. Maid service knocks even though the 'don't disturb" sign was up.

Entire hotel was roomy and clean, friendly staff. No microwave or mini fridge, no continental breakfast. I wasvery impressed with this hotel. The lobby was huge, and included a restaurant and a Starbucks coffee shop. The hotel itself I believe was 10 stories. The every place I saw in the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was there was no fridge, microwave, or continental breakfast. It seems they do this to make money on their restaurant. I did not eat breakfast there. Otherwise, everything was great!

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms. ACunit was old and very loud, TV was fuzzy. A good hotel for business travelers. Convenient location, right by the airport. Staff was polite and friendly. Rooms clean. AC unit appeared to be old - noise was very loud and had to be turned off to get a good night's rest. TV was fuzzy- connection was poor.

Location & airport shuttle. Noise allowed in halls. Perhaps the most important aspect of my stay at any hotel is quiet for sleeping. This hotel, though nice in many ways, allowed guests to cause such a disturbance in the hallways from 10pm until 2am that I had the most horrible experience possible. The shuttle only ran on the hour, not good.

Very convenient to my business. Exceptionally clean. Big sign seen from the interstate - directions not that easy to follow. This hotel was gorgeous, spacious and clean. Easy to relax in and room service meal was huge and delicious. Loved it.
