The Sheraton Hotel Wall Centre Vancouver is one of few Vancouver hotels to be within easy reach of the business, financial, and shopping districts of the city. The shops, art galleries, and theaters of Yaletown are right outside the door of this hotel. Stanley Park and the Vancouver Art Gallery are about a mile and a half from the property, and the Sea Wall is just a short walk away.
The Sheraton Hotel Wall Centre Vancouver offers shuttle service to and from the airport for guests upon request. It is located near several major roadways as well.
The 733 guestrooms at the Sheraton Hotel Wall Centre Vancouver feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the mountains or the ocean. All rooms feature makeup mirrors, bath products, bathrobes, mini bars, safes, data port, and in-rooms movies.

We had just traveled across Canada by train so the large, luxurious rooms with wonderful views were just perfect. The concierge in the main building was excellent, and led us to great local restaurants. The fountain in the central courtyard was a great play spot for my grandchild.

Great downtown location. Great view from 17th floor. High parking fee, charge for internet connection. Ultra modern, window wall in room. Terrific city views. Convenient downtown location. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Small but efficient bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Be aware of high daily parking fee and charge for internet connection.

The hotel and staff were excellent, but something I have never run across.... in the South Tower there is a ice machine only on even numbered floors! We were on the nineth floor so we had to go to the 8th or 10th floor for ice!! Get your room in the North Tower, everything is over there. The resturant,gift shop, Starbucks,cafe.

Despite booking well in advance and arriving on time room was "unavailable" when we arrived. Desk person very unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was noisy; service had to be requested for expected things like towels. Room was "surface" clean but bathroom unsanitary.

My wife and I were very pleased with the Hotel,it's location and all it's aminites. We were very empressed with the Sheraton Wall Hotel. The room was large and very comfortable.The view of the city from the upper floors were great. Hotel personel were all very helpful. As a frequent traveliers we highl recomend what we consider to be a great 5* Hotel in a 5* city. We look forward to our next stay at the Sheraton Wall.

Rooms were small and bathroom was low quality. For a four star hotel, this was a disappointment. we were placed in a premier room with an ocean view. what we got was a barely there ocean view and small outdated room. the toilet did not work properly. towels, coffee, cream, and bathroom extras were not enough. this hotel looks nice from the outside and lobby but when u get to the rooms it lacks lots. service was good but quality is a thumbs down. I would not stay there again. I never knew Canadian hotels were that expensive.

We asked for directions to the grand pix and we were told there is an indoor and out door grand pix and since it was raining I said give me the indoor one. The cosigner gave me the map and circle the area where it was located and called us a cab. Well it was six of us and two cabs and two hundred dollars later and we were not even able to find the place. Low and behold the children in our group was upset and did not understand. We were also placed on a low floor that had no view and for the price we paid for two rooms you would expect to get a nice view.

This was my first trip to Vancouver, and I can't imagine a better place to stay. The view from our windows was spectacular. The room was quite large and very comfortable.

Our experience at the Sheraton Wall Ctr. in Vancouver was very positive. The service was great, everyone friendly and helpful. The view of the city and harbor from our room was spectacular.

Staff was very friendly. The pool is small and old. Hotel does not offer any outdoor patios or balconies lounge on. The hotel room was nice, good size, clean, and beds were comfortable. Room is standard you find at this type of hotel. Disappointed with pool and no outdoor space.

They assigned us a room in 6th floor with a shabby view (even though I had booked in March 2007). The reason I did not get a room up above with a good view because I got the reservation through [a travel website]. Better rooms were not given to the customers, if booked online. I was told this by the hotel registration desk in spite of my objections.

Contemporary design, floor to ceiling windows. Nothing was unpleasant. Great experience all around. We loved our floor to ceiling windowed room in the North Tower. From the valet parking to check in to all dining experiences, this hotel more than exceeded our expectations. The attention, courtesy, and friendliness of the staff made it a stay worth remembering and recommending.

"My husband & I just spent our first anniversary here. Service upon arrival to departure was phenomenal. Room fantastic. Views spectacular. Shower dreamy. Even the in-room coffee was good. The concierge was probably our biggest score, as they pointed us to two of the best meals I've ever had. We will definitely be back and will not even consider another hotel. "
