I had wanted to go to NYC at Christmas time ever since I was little girl, my husband I finally got there christmas 2008 and it was as expected - magical. The hotel was great overall, nice rooms, good service, very clean, staff were attentive and excellent location. The only downside is that they charge for the internet and their international call charges are ridiculous - £110 for a 9 minute phone call back to the UK!!

The Location of the Hotel is great. The door to the room was not sound proof. Later at night I could hear other guests arrive and in the morning I could hear the hotel staff starting to work.

Location and price. Too crowded in the lobby, especially with teen age kids.

Excellent service, comfortable and stylish decor, great bed and bedding, and an excellent location in the west midtown area of NYC. This is my second stay, and I plan to stay again next month. My only complaint is the charge for wi-fi service.

My wife decided to take a spur of the moment spring-break trip to New York. Neither one of us had ever been to the city. We wanted to make sure we stayed in a good area at a good price. This hotel had everything we were looking for. Very close to Time Square, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Broadway. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a wifi issue and they went out of there way to resolve it. The only complaint I have is with the parking fee, but it's New York and you have to pay it everywhere. I look forward to our next trip to NYC and we will stay at this hotel again.

We went on a Bus Tour, we also walked around to see the different stores...

The location was perfect. Would not consider the rooms in this hotel 4 star

great location just up from times square. room was fantastic, bathroom a bit on the small side but other than that it was a top notch hotel and at a good price. couldn't recommend high enough.

We had an overall great stay in this hotel. Front desk and the rest of the staff was very friendly. We were given a std. room on the 33rd floor which was great, because it was high enough up so that the street noise wasn't too much of a problem. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious (for nyc) and clean. The lobby has computers and free internet access as well - which was great. The best part was the location. You're about 4 blocks north from Times Square and 4 blocks south from Central Park. So perfect walking distance either way you go. You do NOT want to be staying right smack in the middle of Times Square! We went during the slow season and it was still Sensory Overload 24/7 -- so, unless that's your thing... The only thing I would not do at this hotel is their daily breakfast brunch. They charge you $35 / person. Loni's / Lori's restaurant next door was expensive too. For 1 bagel + 1 muffin and 2 coffees = $30.00. Not to be a cheapskate or anything, but it's an obvious tourist trap when you can -literally- just cross the street and get the same thing, at the many cafes, for less than half the price. Overall, would definitely come back and stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in the perfect spot everything is a few short blocks away. Restraunts, cafe's Time Square Central Park

Very conveniently located for theater district of NYC. The room was very small and the AC was soaking the carpet with water. The lobby is everything you would want in a hotel lobby. Spacious, several venues of food service, concierge service, friendly staff. The room was very small. The path from the doorway into the room was very narrow. The AC unit wasn't draining properly and soaked the carpet around it which was inconvenient. But, the location is ideal for Broadway musical goers with several of the major theaters within one or two blocks. Reasonably priced restaurants are also very convenient.

Very expensive and crowded but great location in the heart of NY.

We had no problems, great staff and there 80 of us. We had a whole dance team plus parents and the staff was great. Accomodations were fine, the bar needs to stay open later, but still a good time was had by all.

This was my first trip to New York City. I must say it was wonderful. The hotel was great. Right in the middle of Times Square. We stayed for four nights and five days. We saw so many things. I can't think of a single thing that I didn't see or wish I would have gotten to do and didn't get a chance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location. Small rooms, and noisy school groups. The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are small but comfortable. The location is perfect, short walk to Broadway and Times Square (5 minutes).

This is the place to be while in N.Y.C. Just off Broadway and Times Square, where all the action is. Hotel was first class and although the price was expensive it was on par for New York. The room was very clean and staff couldn't do enough for us. They were very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would stay again and would be happy to recommend this hotel to all my friends. I LOVE NEW YORK!

At check in was told that the 2 bed room we paid for was not avail. but they could add one roll away bed. We had 4 people. When asked if we were supposed to sleep 3 to a bed reception person stormed off and came back saying "The manager came through for you" and gave us the room we paid for. Service rude, rooms not cleaned, had to pay to store bags. Tour center not helpful. Good location.

The hotel is in a super location. Close to every single attraction and lights in Manhattan. You can literally walk to any attraction and major shopping. Take good walking shoes - you'll need it. It will take you a week to really see everything with time and enjoyment. The hotel is super and classy. You can boast that you stayed in a premier hotel in Manhattan.

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable. The carpet was dreadful and the bathroom unattractive. I would stay at the Sheraton for although it was clearly in need of refurbishment (especially the carpet in the bedroom) the staffwas so friendly and the location was just great.

Very good hotel! Excellent location! A bit expensive, but that's New York. Just a couple of minutes walking from Central Park and Times Square. Nice newly decorated rooms, flat screen tv, etc.etc.
