This is a very convenient hotel. The Chinese restaurant is excellent and was a good place to entertain for business requirements.

Spectacular view of the harbor. The buffet breakfast was pricey but extensive. The Sheraton did not have a room in my price level ready, so they upgraded me to a harbor view room. I would recommend to anyone traveling paying the extra to have a harbor view. It was spectacular to wake up to and go to bed. The lobby is lovely and everyone was helpful. The location is easy to reach all major tourist destinations.

It was difficult to communicate with them in English. They easily didn't understand what I wanted. Felt like they listen what they want to listen rather than what I need. (very dissappointed!!) Their reaction was too late to help me. Overally I'll give good ratings in terms of location and facilities but bad ratings with services they provided.

The location was very convenient and everything was very tastefully done. I wish all the rooms had harbor views. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Friendly, helpful staff stood out. A flat screen TV would bring top it off.

Location. Room was a closet (i.e., small). Concierge needs better training. Hotel is located in a nice location, next to the shops in Kowloon. However, there are many hotels in that area and I think I will try others next time. This is because the hotel room was very small, the fitness center had limited hours, there was no convenience store in the hotel for water, etc., there was no accessible lounge in the hotel, the Sky Bar had unexpected minimum charges and tried to hard sell certain overpriced wines, etc. Concierge did not seem to know the area well and could not explain simple directions to basic shops. Not a good experience at the hotel, but managed a good experience outside the hotel.

Great view. Confusing access via underground shopping center. Top floor restaurant and bar have marvelous views of Hong Kong harbor. Rooms are comfortable if a little less spacious by U.S. standards.

Spectacular harbor view from our room, from the gym and the roof-top swimming pool area. Free internet wireless connection in the lobby area. There is nothing that I did not like about this hotel. We booked 3 nights at the Sheraton Towers Hotel during Christmas but ended up staying for 4 nights because we really enjoyed this hotel. There are four things that we loved about this hotel. The harbor view, the bathroom, the location and the staff. We upgraded our room for about US$65 for a larger room with a harbor view with a full view of the light show (8:08 - 8:20pm). The glass bathroom is beautifully designed and the room is spacious. The location just could not be better, three blocks from the Star Ferry and at the heart of Tsimshatsui which is lined with restaurants and stores that cater to upscale or downscale shopping. The staff is most helpful and courteous.

Heated pool, very good location. Staff's English was mediocre, friendliness so, so and people were not too kids friendly.

The hotel staff was excellent and response very quickly to my requests. Hotel lobby smelled cigarette smoke.

Very clean finish. Pool and spa area a little disappointing but still very good value. We would stay here again. Rooms are immaculate. You're within very easy reach of MTR tube stops. Can get free bus shuttle from Airport express to hotel. Nice view of HK island from bar near top floor.

Location was excellent. The service was very nice. The roomI got was not a harbor view. I had to upgrade the room myself.

Great location, fantastic staff, very courteous and friendly.

Great rooftop pool. Modern design. It locates at a touristy area. A lot of people are trying to sell stuff to tourists. Great view of Hong Kong island and Victoria Bay from the roof-top pool. Right by a metro stop and many bus lines. Many reasonable restaurants nearly. The only draw back is it locates at a touristy area.

The potato skins were delicious, excellent room service. Getting a good view cost a fortune. The room service was very good and the guest services were helpful. The pool was extremely fun, but the sky lounge was a bit pretentious. Overall, excellent stay.

I liked the location to the Star ferry, transportation and shopping. Not much restaurants besides ones in the hotel. Overall, I had a great stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Hong Kong. The staff was great and room was beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Location. Airport transfer is more expensive than taxi. Absurdly expensive in-room internet. Excellent location in TST and truly 5-star service.

good safe choice for Kowloon business nothing apparant in one night stay Excellent location for all Kowloon highlights. Nice rooms with great beds. Good value.

Massage and facial...ooo la la! Pool and workout facilities were great. Not enough English tea bags in the room, nor sugar and cream The Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel Tower met all our expectations. All the luxuries we were hoping for at a great price. The only disappointment is that they were unwilling to upgrade us as a courtesy and we had to fight to get a non smoking room.

Overall a very good and safe place to stay. The hotel restaurants are best and so the staffs.
