Perfect room. Large, extremely comfortable bed. Great desk to work at. Great room service. Very convenient location. There is a gap at the bottom of the door to the hall so the noise bothered me. The pay movie was not operating correctly; the front desk offered to send an engineer up to look at the tv but I did not want to be disturbed. Movies are expensive; $13. Also room service called to see how the meal was which I would prefer that they didn't; I do not like to be bothered.

I liked the luxurious detail of the front lobby and the bedroom. The exercise room was wonderful and the dining room with the bar was nice. I did not like that you had to give a credit card hold for an additional $50 per day. This hotel is great. It is out of the way of shopping centers and basic grocery stores. The room was clean as well as the foyer and dining area. I really enjoyed the very modern exercise room with its amenities. I didn't like that the internet was not free, the bottled water in the room, and the newspapers are charged extra. I also didn't like that the guests were loud after 11:00 p.m.

Stayed overnight. The facility was very nice and new. The room was spacious and nicely finished with a flat panel 32 inch Sony tv. Plenty of space in the room and the bathroom was also spacious with good water pressure. A couple of improvements would be 1. providing free internet in the rooms. There is 2 computers near the front desk for web surfing but is somewhat inconvenient as opposed to the privacy of your own hotel room. 2. I would also like to see a buffet breakfast similar to what is offered at other hotels. Right now, the restaurant only offer menu selections which is a bit on the costly side. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience and would stay there again.

I stayed here 2x and I loved it. The staff is extremely helpful & courteous. The shuttle is also a big help if you have to get to the train and the food is excellent.

The Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel was an excellent choice. The room was extremly comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel. Everything was very clean and well kept. Most of all though I enjoyed the friendliness and helpfullness of the hotel staff. They were both proficent and accomadating.

Loved the rooms and beds. Everything was great.

The best thing was the comfort of the bed, and the shower with excellent water pressure. Constant TV noise in lobby and in the dining room. Totally unnecessary and, in my opinion a detriment to the experience. I found the location, the comfort, and the facilities very nice, but the restaurant breakfast was grossly overpriced and the breakfast buffet had pathetically dried-out scrambled eggs that were too old to be served to anyone, especially not for $15. I will never eat there again, but I would stay there again for its other good features.

This hotel was conveniently located, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would have liked the pool and hot tub to be open later. A sauna would be great.

Spacious room. Shower doors and french doors on the bathroom. Comfortable, new hotel conveniently located near business and recreational locations.

It's new, beautiful, and has excellent staff! Great location! We enjoyed our stay and would hope to stay here again. The location was perfect with easy access to highways. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean!

Clean, nice lounge to watch the games and have a drink, fabulous bathroom. At the Sheraton the receptionist was a bit snippy. Both hotels were great. The rooms were big and the bathrooms large as well and clean. At the Sheraton, they need to get fitted sheets and a harder mattress. The Crowne Plaza firm mattress, fitted sheets and pillows were great. Relaxing to have a drink when we got back to the hotel. Location great to visit our son in college there.

Convenient location, great staff and great rooms. Nothing in walking distance. They hotel was very clean, well appointed and the staff was great. I left my shoes there and didn't realize it until two days later. The staff kept them for me and returned to me in a flash. Excellent.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. Good with directions to our trips from the hotel. Shuttle to the train was invaluable. Shuttle stopped running at 11pm. This hotel was perfect for our itinerary. Close to downtown and the train with very helpful staff . The rooms were very homey and comfortable with beautiful linens and decor.

This is a comfortable, well appointed commercial hotel in Tarrytown. There is nothing memorable or unique about it. The service was good, it is convenient. My only negative would be the indoor pool, there is no outdoor one. I have been in bigger bathtubs.

Hotel is very attractive inside and out, staff is friendly. Had difficulty finding the hotel twice returning from Salem. Beautifully landscaped, off busy roads so no traffic noise to contend with. Exceptionally clean with a welcoming atmosphere.

Loved everything about the hotel. Room service too expensive. Wonderful hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable linens, excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Clean, classy, new located right off root 87 just 20 miles north of NYC. Bartenders were very slow and seemed lost at times service at the bar, which was busy, was slow. Liked the Tarrytown Sheraton very much. It's a very good value and is located right off of major interstates to take you to NYC, NJ and CT. New hotel with clean, classy and updated rooms. Would recommend to anyone considering staying in the area.

Comfy bed & friendly staff. Small pool-small lobby. Close to major highways - friendly staff - hotel rooms & all areas tend to be smaller than most hotels in the area- flat screen TVs a plus. Great stay overall! Would stay again.
