The pool area, the gym, in general the outside grounds and facilities were very well cared for. The area of the hotel we stayed was dated. Small bath accommodations for the star level. This hotel was fine and met our needs, but didn't exceed our expectations. We'd just come from a 2 1/2 Star Wingate Wyndahm in Yuma, Az. That was extremely ample, very clean that we were pleasantly surprised seemed more like a 3 Star plus hotel. We thought we'd bid up a Star for our Tuscon Trip, and it didn't seem like Sheraton quality.

This is a great hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area is beautiful with a gym, jacuzzi, and restaurant all in the same area. The food is delicious and the fire pits in the evening are lovely and we had a lot of fun making smores. The suites are big and bright but they could use a microwave. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in in a while. The location is good also. For all of the space you get plus the great facilities the price is right. And they have a Starbucks right in the lobby.

Be prepared for a building that spreads out and windsaround to find your room. There is no continental breakfast, but a good IHOP right next door. A nice pool and courtyard. Nice and close to the mountains. The staff was not overly friendly, but not impolte. The room was entered from the hall and the size was very good. No refrigerator or microwave. We found it a bit pricey for what you get. But decent with a good location to the Catalina mountains.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and courteous. The carpet in our room and hallway was quite old.

The staff, the suites, and the pool were awesome. Loved the stay. ENJOYED THE STAY. Suites are definitely better than the regular rooms. The restaurant was okay. Expensive for the protions.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was in a good part of town. I felt safe and secure there, but I had to access the room from a back entrance. The rooms were large and the bedding had thick comforters which I really like. We especially liked the pool. It was large and a great way to end the day. The staff was very helpful in directing us to the places that we needed to go, and made good suggestions concerning places to eat. The bathroom was new and clean. They had large thick towels and great shampoo and conditioner. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again. They had a nice gift shop too.

The ground are very nice. Poor management staff. Everything would have rated 4.5 stars if not for poor management maintenance. After unpacking and getting ready for bed, the tub faucet broke and the night manager moved us to another room. He told us to stop down in the am and the general manager would be able to offer some credits. The next room had a sliding door that got stuck open all night! The same man offered to move us gain, but we were too tired to repack yet again. Hotel manager's response to all the above in the am was the offer of a free breakfast for or 1000 bonus points in their program. She stated, the reason they could not do more was the rate we received was already well below their rack rate. Even when we were willing to extend our stay, she wouldn't do more than the standard published rate. Well above the competition.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room is large, and breakfast is excellent. The setting and the surronding of the hotel are also very nice. There are many shopping centers and restaraunts near the hotel. However, the restroom needs updates.

I rented 2 rooms for a weekend stay and loved the location. The pool was great and the complimentary breakfast was an added surprise. There's a drugstore,Starbucks,Outback, and lots of other eating establishments within walking distance. Don't let the drive off the I-10 on Grant scare you...it gets better as you near the hotel.

Me and my husband came to Tucson for a 15th Anniversary getaway and was looking for something not to expensive but not cheap looking either and this Hotel was so perfect! It was close to everything, and the service was good too. I highly recommend this place!

Atmosphere was great, fires by pool was exceptional. Rooms too small. Great Place and even had 3 computers available for guest in lobby.

Room decor/furniture was updated. Dirty carpets in hallway, dirty toilet seat, dirty doors & walls. Conveniently located hotel in east Tucson. Updated decor and furnishings, but dirty carpets in hallways, dirty doors and walls. Rear entrance from parking lot was like a jail lockup unattractive metal door with bars and mesh, raw concrete floors. Rear entrance area was very unwelcoming and austere.
