Our hotel is adjacent to the Metro Link/Light Rail system, so you can easily visit downtown attractions like the Arch, Busch Stadium, Riverboat Casinos, and Union Station. We are also directly across from the Scottrade Center Sports Arena â home of the St. Louis Blues. Spread out and relax in one of our beautifully appointed, oversized guest rooms, offering queen sofa sleepers, wet bars, and refrigerators. Relax on our sun deck next to the indoor heated Olympic-sized swimming pool, or grab a bite to eat in bistro 14 and enjoy the "Mmmm" available for breakfast, lunch or dinner, where our chef and his team serve up American-styled entrees and daily specials. It was a great place to stay for our daughter's wedding. It is convenient to all of the best attractions in St. Louis.

Couldn't get two beds even though I requested it well in advance. Room was nice but they couldn't accommodate two beds even though I requested it much in advance. Parking is expensive and the attendant didn't realize it was charged to my room. Not a terrible place, but there are better choices.

Typical dull clean and comfortable room. The indoor pool is unequalled - about anywhere (huge - with pool access lift for those with disabilities). Fitness center is well appointed. A reasonable business hotel - if you do not need to eat at the hotel. Restaurants were closed - except for bar offering from the limited room service menu (burgers and the like). Easy self park (don't bother with valet). Location is good - downtown with easy access to Hwy 64, Metro, and sports venues (within walking distance)

Was in St Louis for a small convention held at Sheraton. Found hotel very clean and comfortable. Prices at restaurant seemed a little high for quality of food, although the food was good. Hotel was in great location with the Metro right across the street. Would definitely stay here again. Within walking distance to Union Station for shops and restaurants. Had no problem with parking at hotel and charge was 12 a day for self-parking. Did a riverboat cruise and visited the Arch both great activities. Checked out early and visited St Louis Zoo, another great experience! Ate at a Steak N Shake right near car rental area, enjoyed the burger and shakes were delicious! Overall had a nice trip and would recommend staying at the Sheraton.

The location to the Scottrade Center is perfect if you're attending an event there. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable!

Excellent customer service. Our room was not cleaned when we opened the door, so they upgraded us to a suite! The hotel let us check in before check in time, but when we went up to our assigned room, it had not yet been cleaned. The director of housekeeping apologized over and over and upgraded us to a suite!

Centrally located with Metro rail and bus stops across the street. Early check-in was seamless with a true professional at the desk. Room was large, clean and comfortable with superior bed and linens. One hotel restaurant Bistro 14 - very pricey; one snack/coffee spot that closed too early. Overall, the location and its proximity to downtown shopping and all outlying areas via MetroLink rail made this hotel extremely user-friendly. All of the staff were courteous and professional. Will stay here again.

this hotel is really nice. We stayed in a room with a king bed and a queen pull out couch. It ended up being a suite and my 19 year old son had a separate room from me. Really great. The hotel is located right across the street from metrolink and we took i from the airport. So convenient, clean and SAFE. It took about 20-25 min. to get to airport. This hotel is located in a central place downtown and easy to get to Busch, union station , Arch etc. The staff was great...Wifi in lobby first night was down and they gave us intranet in our room for 24 hours at no charge. I think the full service restaurant was being renovated so check on that if that matters to you. We grabbed a quick bite in the lounge...pizza...not that great and we ate breakfast buffet in lounge and that was good. Very well=taken care of, nice experience.

The hotel was dissappointing. For the price and location, I expected a high level of quality and service. When my coworker and I checked into our respective rooms, we noticed that they smelled overwhelmingly of smoke. I called the desk and was changed to another room, but my coworker was told to "spray something, or we can come up and spray something" to cover up the smell. That was unacceptable. She told them no, and they eventually moved her to another room. Then, I had a problem with the iron in my room. It was broken and leaked water all over the ironing board. I took it to the front desk, and they didn't have one to replace it with right away. I came back from the gym and found the same broken iron in my room. Also, the gym equipment was extremely old and in bad shape, Also, the parking was too expensive for a guest. 17.00 a day when you are already paying so much for a room is ridiculous. You have to use your room key in the elevator, which is a good security feature due to the fact that between the lobby and the first floor of hotel rooms (5th floor) is all public parking. The problem with this is that half the time my card would not work. I got stuck sitting on the 13th floor trying to leave the gym because the card would not read. Overall, there are better places to stay in downtown St. Louis.

we had 2 rooms booked, but cancelled one of them with the hotel. Cheap tickets refused to cancel the second room. Please issue us a credit for the cancelled room.

Close to all downtown attractions either by walking or the Metro which was across the street. The staff was very friendly and the maid we had was great, stopping what she was doing to fulfill my towel need. Was close to downtown attractions and plenty of food places.

I stayed here the first night and it was OK but the elevators were the slowest I've ever met!The second night, our hotel room (on a non-smoking) floor filled with cigarette smoke, worse than if we'd slept in the bar. I had a severe asthma attack as a result. We did get a room change, though not with any concern for the fact I was coughing up my lungs, and the desk staff the next morning couldn't have cared less about the issue. If you have a non-smoking room, you shouldn't have to put your health at risk staying there. The desk manager's excuse...we were 1 floor below the smoking floor and sometimes that happens!!!! No excuse to my mind, and no discount on the bill or anything for the problems we experienced. I would never stay here again, I prefer not to risk my health that way!

Basically I thought that the hotel was good. I don't know offhand what the rack rate is but for what I paid it was a good deal. The location near the light rail and AMTRAK station was perfect for me as I came into town by rail and used the transit system to get around. I have only two minor gripes. The first is that I think the housekeeping staff was a bit off when I was there (or perhaps the bad economy is catching up to them). One day the towels and cups were not restocked, not a big problem since I didn't use all of them and the next day all was well. The other is that on the weekends there doesn't seem to be much food obviously nearby. Since I had a transit day pass it was a short ride to many resturants. Also walking a few blocks in the correct direction looks like it would yeid some good prospects during the week. Both of these are really minor and would not stop me from retuning to this hotel in the future. I did not eat in the resturant use the pool so I can't comment on either.

Room was ready immediately. The way they snuck the $17 a night parking fee on me! Price of breakfast buffet way too high.

My room was cavernous and parking was not a problem (even with a Hanna Montana concert going on next door). Be aware though they do charge an additional fee for parking and don't forget to take extra change to feed the meters during daily excursions. I could not find free parking anywhere. I did have noisy neighbors one night (party started at 3AM!!!) but one call to the front desk and someone was there in a matter of minutes to quiet things down. Overall I was very happy with my choice to stay there and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Went to St Louis for the Final Four basketball. The hotel location was perfect, right across from the Scottrade Center, the Metro (and buses). Staff were all friendly and helpful, even printed out our boarding passes before we left. The room was wonderful and we wanted to take the bed home, it was so comfortable. There are no convenience stores any where within walking distance and the hotel has extremely limited supplies. The restaurant was way too expensive and the breakfast buffet was cold at 7AM. What happens to the folks who came in later?

Very quiet and great downtown location.
