The rooms were luxurious and very comfortable. Overall, I was really impressed with this hotel and I'm glad I chose to stay at the Sheraton in Stockholm. The rooms were large and cozy with many amenities available to you at your disposal. The food at the hotel was excellent with room service available to you 24 hours.

Very nice hotel, lounge facilities on the 7th floor somewhat limited, but with a friendly and helpful staff. Why are WLAN charged extra these days? Irritating. Nearly every little hotel offers this free of charge, at least within Scandinavia. Good parking directly underneath the hotel. Have been there before and will go back.

Walking distance to old town, royal palace, lake and central station, the location of this hotel is great to explore this city. I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant over there (try lamb specialities). Rooms are lot bigger from european standards and fairly well decorated. Limited choices on TV (42" LCD), buy hey who's watching...Great experience overall.

Very accommodating, very friendly, very nice. The staff was excellent. The hotel and room were very nice. This hotel has been upgraded a great deal in the last several years. The location is excellent. It is literally one block from the central train station and directly across the highway from the harbor. This is now an outstanding place to stay.

A beautifully remodeled hotel within walking distance of train station, boat tours and Gamla Stan. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet plentiful and delicious. Would definately stay there again!

Clean and modern. Very accessible. No ice machine on my floor. Internet wasn't free and was very expensive. Highly recommended. Perfect spot to stay in Stockholm. Very central and walking anywhere isn't a hassle. The hotel staff went above and beyond my expectations. Very helpful giving directions. Very accommodating.

The Sheraton is in a fantastic location, walking distance to tourist attractions and many large company offices. The service is nearly perfect and the hotel is spotless. You can have a very nice evening eating and lounging in the hotel. For business people, this should be the first choice without question. For tourists, the location is great, but the price may be a bit high.

Modern, clean and well furnished. Very poor view from the window. Easy to find hotel near the train station. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. It is well situated near the canals and at easy walking distance from old town, attractions, and shopping streets.

The size of the room. Dust came out from under bed. Very nice stay, helpful staff, - and they let me use their spa for a shower after we checked out (I participated in a run in Stockholm). The room was spacious and nice.

Clean, comfortable accommodations, convenient location, friendly helpful staff. Hallways stuffy/stifling, food overpriced. *August 6th - August 14th, 2008. We tend to keep our expectations low so we are seldom disappointed. Having said that however we found the Stockholm Sheraton to have a comfortable/firm bed as requested, clean rooms and bathroom, good room and cleaning service. The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions and needs. It was all that one should expect in a 5 star hotel. It's convenient location to old town, central station, other shopping and the waterfront makes it more attractive. We recommend it to anyone.

Very close to central station. No negatives. Hotel is located across the street from Central Station which has excellent train service from Airport. It is also within an easy walk from the Old Town area in Gamla Stan. Concierge responded promptly to my questions in advance of visit. Room was large and would easily have accommodated children.

It had a nice room for 2 adults and 3 children. Nothing. Very conveniently located, only 2 blocks from the Stockholm central train station. The large family room had 2 double beds and room for a roll away bed which meant it could accommodate our family, which anyone trying to travel in Europe with a family of 5 knows is rare. The room was on the second floor and had an interior facing window which did not provide good outside light. But more than made up for this as it slept 5 and had a big bathroom. Definitely ok for families!

Location. Reception staff inattentive and discourteous, internet access was too limited, ice machines did not work. Staff members seemed easily disgruntled, the queue for the reception desk was disorganized and staff didn't pay attention to those who attempted to wait in an orderly manner, ice machines were dysfunctional on all floors, you were charged if you even touched a bottle in the automatic minibar. It just wasn't guest friendly. It didn't rate the four stars and I would not return.

Great Location. Under construction. This is likely to be a very nice hotel once the construction is done. Until then I would not stay here. I couldn't get a moment's peace in my room as all I could hear was hammering, sawing, and drilling from 9 am in the morning. The construction was right next to my room, so it sounded as if they were inside. The hotel staff was completely unapologetic about the situation.

It was very convenient and centrally located to areas of interest in Stockholm. Unfortunately, the remodeling of the hotel did not add to its decor but it is almost over. Nice upscale and comfortable with a great location in Stockholm.

Excellent location, great downstairs bar, extensive breakfast. Breakfast was very expensive without option to pay less for small meal. The Sheraton Stockholm is located convenient to the old town and waterfront, easy walking distance to Central Station. The lobby bar offers an extensive drink menu and classy musical entertainment on the weekends. The staff was eager to help in providing information, time tables and necessary supplies when my wife's luggage didn't make it with our flight.

Great location, large room, good view and great employees. Breakfast was not included in room cost. The hotel was easy to walk to and we had two rooms with a great view. Beds were comfortable, bedding was plush and staff were kind enough to put relatives on the same floor and close to our room.
