My family met for our son's college graduation and everything was great! Atrium and bar area was perfect for small gathering and relaxing.

The front desk was good, a little slow, but there were a lot of people. I liked the room and the pool area was clean and well lit. I did request some additional items in our room. It took some time, but I did get what I requested and more delivered to our room with a smile. I would recommend this hotel for any travelor.

This hotel is much, much better than some rating services depict. sioux Falls is not a tourist attraction, but if that's where you're going, this is the place to stay. Close to the airport and adjascent to the convension center, location couln't be better. Club level rooms give you free continental breakfast, free coctails at night with hot food! The 6 story atrium with full-view elevators are a plus. Great bar and good restaurant.

All in all this was a really nice hotel to stay in. My husband was here for business and I was able to keep occupied with the fitness center pool and internet to work on school work. The hotel was clean, neat, and had great service. There was a wedding there when we were there and it did get pretty loud that night but it was tolerable.

We didn't get the queen beds we reserved, had to go to 2 less attractive rooms with to small of beds & didn't get any discount.

The Sheraton in Sioux Falls is our first choice of hotel accomodations. The entire hotel is clean, quite, and very nice. We travel to Sioux Falls many times a year because our son plays football for Augustana College and we always try to get a room at the Sheraton.

the hotel itself was fine. The wedding party scheduled a brunch using the regular morning buffet. The food was not at all appealing. We guessed they used powdered eggs for the scrambled. Also when both us and our niece were checking out they gave us a bill for the room nights, even though at the top of the invoice it clearly stated the reservation was made through an online travel website. We were told everything would be taken care of but it now will be necessary to watch our credit card statements carefully for the next few months Overall it was a mundane experience

The staff here were phenominal! While the room was comfortable and the hotel beautiful, it was the staff that made the experience everything that it was.A wonderful stay!

Clean, excellent service, andgood night sleep. The service was excellent, the room was clean and neat. I was thrilled when I saw the use of Starbucks tea and coffee provided complimentary in the room. The bar and pool area was exotic and fun.

We traveled with 2 adults and 3 children, ages 14, 12 and 9. Our room was available upon our late arrival. The room looked clean and luxurious, however....it smelled overpoweringly like a wet dog. Obviously, the hotel does not have separate rooms or floors designated for travelers with and without pets. Several dogs, on leashes, were walking through the halls with their owners. We immediately asked for a different room. None were available in kind. We were offered an executive suite for the same price which we took. The room was clean and looked very stately. The cot, provided for one of our children, was an actual twin mattress on a frame with wheels. It was the most comfortable cot provided to us in all the years of traveling with kids. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The restaurant food was good. For breakfast, we could choose from the menu or a buffet. No restaurants or shopping are nearby.

The Sheraton Sioux Falls was a disappointment. The drain in the handicap shower was evidently not working because when I was finished with my shower, the water was all over the bathroom floor. The rest of my family was on the sixth floor. There was no counter space in the bathroom in the Executive wing, whereas the sixth floor had ample space.

Exercise room, clean room. Water in pool freezing. Beautiful facility and great employees but need to concentrate on the cleanliness of the pool and the temperature of the pool water. We can relax and enjoy the pool and were greatly disappointed! Was disappointed no microwave or small fridge in our room. Felt the hotel was for the upper class / business people not for a family unless there have a high life style.

Physical structure with the open attrairium. Check in personal very nice. Rooms were clean and presentable.
