Pleasant hotel, suited more to the business traveler (which is why I was there) with good location, service and food. Best to park yourself in the next door carpark.

Great hotel, great service but a bit far from CBD & Northbridge.

Compared with the Duxton, we enjoyed our brief stay at the Sheraton Perth. The bar was humming and we dined at Origins which was a very enjoyable experience. Altogether a much livelier and vibtant experience than the "dull" Duxton!

The pool area is a major disappointment for a five star hotel, the pool is tiny and there were no loungers available with only two family's using the pool area all were taken. Asked at the Concierge Desk and they said it was a frequent complaint but no action had been taken. The general lobby toilets were very dirty and un-looked after. The hotel aircon was not working well in both room and public areas. Chose to stay here for NYE and have a relaxing day by the pool and a bit of finery but was very disappointed with a rtaher tired and unispired hotel.

Standard bathroom need to have a better shower screen to stop water going every where and replace shower head. Champayne glass need to be in room as well.

good location, but definitely a business mans hotel. Good choice for breakfast, and centrally located for perth.

Enjoyed stay used gym in morning which is good also steam room. Nice view along Swan river.

Very impressed with the level of service offered. Enjoyed every bit of my stay in the hotel, even the tempting mini bar snacks that are always heavily over priced no matter where you go but simply irresistable.
