Time spent @ hotel was for sleep only, cannot give feedback about food,pool. Etc. Room was clean, spacious, linens were not impecable. Free shuttle service available!

Friendly staff, easy check-in and check out. The hotel was easy to get to, had efficient and pleasant staff, clean rooms and easy check-in and checkout. The noise level in the hotel was minimal, and the rooms were really soundproof which is wonderful.

The hotel offered nothing entertaining. The pool area inside and out were uninviting. Lounge chairs were broken and left for patrons to use. These areas need to have a more inviting appearance. Hotel bar had no form of entertainment. No restaurants in area, all fast food only. The rooms are clean, airport is close. This is good for the business traveler.

We are relocating and were in town looking for houses in Northwest Houston. We chose the hotel based on location, but had a fairly pleasant experience at a good price. We were previously in Houston and stayed in the Galleria area--we REALLY enjoyed that hotel and found it to be a GREAT EXPEREIENCE AT AN EQUALLY GOOD PRICE. The stay at The Sheraton by IAH was pleasant and it was great being so close to the airport. My 2 concerns were that on Friday evening we drove around for at least 10 min to find a parking spot....and several other people were doing the same. The second was that the staff attempted to return some dry cleaning to our room on our first evening there, but it wasn't ours. (May have belonged to the previous guest.) We informed them it wasn't ours and they left with the clothing. The following day it was left in our room while we were out. I'm not sure if the guest ever got it back because nobody came to pick it up before we checked out. So, I'd watch using the laundry service at the hotel. If you get your room at a good rate and need to be close to the airport, it's probably a good deal.

It was comfortable, convenient and clean. The best parking (in front of hotel) were all reserved for employees only. Guest has to go around to the back to park. We only stayed briefly (late evening to early next morning) but I would certainly stay again. It was very convenient to airport and airport parking. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Restaurant near by for early breakfast.

The hotel is a perfect location to the airport, just a minute down the road. I had business in Baytown which was about 40 minutes away, but a pretty good location to stay. I'd definitely stay there again.

Location isclose to airport and public transportation. Isolated;TV was old and generally worthless. Staff was generally helpful; restaurant was very helpful. Room was clean and only issue for me was the TV being old and not having sleep function.

the bath shower needs more water pressure. the front desk staff were very cooperative and helpful in retrieving my eye glasses which had been left behind in the rental return office near bush airport

We stayed in 3/06 and we were very happy with all they offered. However, I phoned today to find out about the in-room games they had before. After being transferred several times, and no one knowing what I was talking about, they finally decided that they did not have in-room games (with a controller, played on the tv) for kids. They do have an indoor pool and hot tub, however. They are one of a few.

The front deck was very helpful. They gave us non smoking, which smelled like smoke. The front deck clerk was very helpful with changing the room to one that did not smell like smoke. The mattress we're to soft.

The Sheraton North Intercontinental was very nice,comfortable,and quiet. It had everything I was expecting,swimming pool,fitness equipment,and nice restaurant. The people were very friendly.

The room was nice. The food in the restaurants was good. The hotel was under renovation and the public areas were a mess. The room was fine. The TV internet did not work. The public areas are being renovated so they were a mess. The business center is set up in the lobby on a table right out in the middle of the room and was swarmed by children. Trying to get on the computer was nearly impossible. The printers did not work. The elevators kept breaking down. At one point there were about 25 guests using the fire escape stairs to get up and down from their rooms.

No complaints for the money. Excellent location for those desiring a short stay near airport. Easy accessibility to highway to use as base for traveling to other cities. The sports facilities including heated pool and well equipped gym was to say the least a welcome sight for one starved of exercise having just come in from Europe especially. Love the bed and mattress too!

Just minutes away from airport. One of my FAVORITE hotels, beds are awesome, close to airport, the hotel let me leave my car in their parking lot while I was gone, so I didn't have to pay at the airport.
